Atheneum Suite Hotel, Detroit

Just gorgeous! So clean and perfectly located to go to the Ballpark!

Spectacular decor, easy to navigate!

Perfect location

The hotel is a great location! We came down for a Tigers game and its just a few blocks walk. Right next to Greektown, lot of restaurant/bars within walking distance. Room was large, plenty of space! Huge bathroom! We were 8th floor so nice view. The staff was very professional and helpful. We definitely enjoyed our stay!

The service was nice, attentive without being intrusive. The portions were generous & the price was quite reasonable.

The room stayed warm, the ac wasn't very responsive.

Rooms were amazing and spacious! And huge bathrooms with plenty of room to get ready in, including a space outside the bathroom with a mirror, shelf, and plug. The rooms also include a separate seating area, adding to the comfort. Let’s not forget location of hotel within walking distance of everything! Fox theater, Greektown, Ford Field, and Commerica park.

The concierges and the valley parking gentlemen at the front door, were so kind to my group. They could tell we were from out of town and they gave us advice on where to go and checked in with us multiple times. You could tell they genuinely cared about our stay and visit to Detroit. They really made our stay great. :)

The staff was wonderful and helped me feel extra welcome, especially because I was traveling alone. I saw a Chris Brown concert, everything was great. I would visit again!

The location was great. We were able to check in early. The valet parking, and the staff was so nice. Our room was huge. The restaurant/bar was still open and served us after our concert. The food was delicious and prices were reasonable.

We were charged for 2 bottles of water that were in the room fridge. If the water is not free/complimentary then there should be a sign or staff should tell patrons this upon check in.

Very pretty property, close to concert venue.Friendly, efficient staff. Great cart service but plan accordingly if they are well booked it can take some time to get car, but they kept up with it fairly well. Free shuttle service. Manager Cathy was great in assisting us when we couldn’t reach room service and ensuring our accommodations. Nice room with lots of space.

Didn’t really like the steps from the sitting area to the beds in the room, but it was only 3 so not bad but I have a bum knee. There were several closed roads and detours but it was no fault of the hotel.

Upgraded our room and it was amazing! Clean and comfortable. Cory from the shuttle service was absolutely amazing and took us wherever we wanted to go.

Rooms were cleaned and spacious.

Felt safe. Could see our car in the parking garage from our room. Centrally located. Staff was so kind, allowed us to check in early. We were able to relax and have a little downtime before heading to our next event.

Could have used another blanket on the bed. Room temp was 70 but my son got chilled in the night and all we could do was turn the heat up more.

We love staying at the Atheneum. Staff are always great and super helpful, rooms are always clean and it is in a great location in Detroit.

I liked everything about this hotel

The extra 35$ added on for each car to your room and room TV's could have been a little bigger

I thought the bed was a little hard but my husband thought it was good!

Tubs, decorations, size of suite, temperature, elevators were cool, environment was clean and quiet

Loud noises at night had to wear ear plugs Fridge did not work in suite Should have more TV access. To rent a movie for $20 after the price of room felt a little extreme
