The manager here attitude is terrible. Your front desk person should have a say and once they tell a guest something the manager should stand by there employee how would a customer know something if the front desk clerk does tell us. Your hotel manger Vo da have a mad attitude and she should be working with this place I will spread the word about this hotel and take it to the news channel 2,4,7,

The remotes were difficult to use, the ceilings are thin, and we would have left the door open to the other room if we had known how cold we would have been

Very spacious room for 4 people. We had a problem with our toilet, which I reported at 1:30 am. The staff came up shortly after I reported and fixed it, which was amazing service. Very quick room service, even at 11:30 pm. Also very convenient parking garage across the street. Shuttle service was very helpful.

Somehow shielding the light of the bathroom so it doesn't wake others when it is turned on during the night

The amenities. The Bell hops shuttle drivers valet, and room service. We’re all excellent, especially Corey Darnell and captain Tony.

The receptionist area the people who answered the phones, the lack of on-time shuttle service, and the attitude from whatever woman answered the phone and hung up on three adults. That area is rude.

The room was amazing, the bar staff accommodated our crew for a birthday party and were so kind, and the free valet is nice.

Very clean place. Friendly attentive staff. There is a nice restaurant attached to the hotel. Easy access to the people mover, and several small bars with food. Greektown Casino is right around the corner. The valet parking staff is quick and comprehensive.

The cost is higher than it should be, but that's the same no matter where you go. Everything went up in 2020 because of Covid. It has not come back down. My wages didn't go up. I travel less often now because of the inflated prices, the industry that rapes the consumer gets less of my money than they would if prices came down.

Location is perfect. Staff is 20/10, Johnny on the spot (all of them), friendly, extremely helpful, I didn’t lift a finger.

The bar service was very average - staff acted like they didn't want to be there or wait on people- granted it was Thanksgiving- but disappointed with the attitudes and service in your bar.

The room was very spacious and the staff was absolutely wonderful.

I stayed in room 603 and the mini refrigerator did not get as cold as it should have and also there was not a microwave in the room so the food I had left over from dinning I could not warm up in the comfort of my own room. Also, I went down to the lobby to see if there was a microwave there to maybe warm up my food and found out that there were no microwaves on the property at all. This was very frustrating, my suggestion is the get better working refrigerators and microwaves for all the rooms.

The lobby and room was nice but the furniture and carpet dirty! We had to a try to get dressed due to smoke alarms going off and was a false alarm

Great location to our activities and restaurants. Able to walk or use the shuttle. Very clean and nice staff. Able to park in a unrelated parking garage across the street for a reasonable price. Safe location.

Location is great, very near lots of bars, restaurants, and Ford Field. My home away from home!

Valets were great, very friendly and accommodating. Loved the King Suite

2 robes were supposed to come with the room. Staff told us they were all out. TV in bedroom was much too small. Hard to see from the bed.

Didn't like the false alarm that had myself and husband very afraid.

The rooms were well laid out and very large. The location was great. I enjoyed the hot tub. Check in and out was very efficient, would definitely stay again.
