decor was just ok. Refrigerator was not really cold and no way to adjust.. $5 water? Mmm

I liked everything about this hotel

The extra 35$ added on for each car to your room and room TV's could have been a little bigger

I thought the bed was a little hard but my husband thought it was good!

Tubs, decorations, size of suite, temperature, elevators were cool, environment was clean and quiet

Loud noises at night had to wear ear plugs Fridge did not work in suite Should have more TV access. To rent a movie for $20 after the price of room felt a little extreme

Staff was very friendly. The shuttle was the reason I chose this hotel and it did not disappoint. It was an extremely helpful service and every driver we had was exceptionally friendly and kind. Checking in and out was easy and our location was perfect.

Great location. Shuttle was convenient and easy to use. The room was nice with a great view.

Lighting in the room. I wish they changed their bulbs to soft white from daylight. It was very uncomfortable for the eyes. Also, glass block in the bathroom illuminated the sleeping area when the light was turned on in the bathroom at night. We had very loud neighbors, shouting until 3am, I had to go knock on their door and tell them to stop.

Did not eat

The parking garage is located directly across the street. Convenient to use and reasonably priced. We could walk to dinner, bars and the show we were there to see. Hotel was so clean and inviting. The staff was friendly and informative. Answered all our questions.

The room was clean and comfortable. The lobby was modern and a great place to meet with our firends before going out. The bar and restaurant was perfect. We walked or used public transportation to go to our events which was amazing. The staff was fantastic

The in room coffee was not good and the refrigerator in the room was placed in awkward spot

All of the staff was exceptionally nice!

The staff is outstanding...naturally and sincerely pleasant. Having access to the shuttle to the museum made it easier and appreciated.

I had asked for a walk in shower and only had a tub shower. The towels are not of the quality expected nor comparable to the quality of the bed linens.

Staff were all so friendly and helpful. It was clean, and very comfortable. The food from the lounge and room service was absolutely amazing.

The rooms are uniquely beautiful. Location amazing and staff were so helpful and friendly. My favorite person was the man driving the hotel shuttle. So funny and helpful. Getting to the concert was easy and we called for the shuttle to pick us up afterwards. The bar staff and front desk staff were awesome too.

Beautiful place & rooms!!! The staff is extra nice, helpful & fun!!!! There was a shuttle to and from the concert, which was so nice! The shuttle was right there after the concert, no waiting, no hassles, just a happy friendly driver!!

The beds were comfortable, and I am grateful for the window AC units since it was a heat wave. The staff were professional and nice.

I had no complaints except the small size of the elevator, but that's to be expected in an older building.

We didn’t eat there, just stayed the night. Room was clean and nice. It was a pinch warmer upstairs than down where the beds are but not super uncomfy.

Free water would’ve been nice but we did bring our own.

Great rooms and friendly staff. Central location

A beautiful hotelier right in central Detroit. The rooms were spacious and the suites offered a space to chill and watch TV. The lounge and bar area were spectacular

The only thing that could be a consideration for people with mobility issues is the internal steps leading from the TV room to the bedroom.

It was a great experience! We had six rooms and all of my friends loved our stay! We especially appreciated the hotel taxi/transfer service. The drivers took great care of us!

The only issue there was no microwave in the room and no courtesy coffee in the lobby area.

Very spacious and clean room. All staff we met were very friendly and efficient. Lobby and hotel Lou he were comfortable and lovely.

We requested a shuttle to a wedding venue. Found out at check-in they didn’t travel the 8 miles to our venue - only a 5 mile radius. Staff located a taxi for us but the taxi was not able to return later that evening to take us back. He said a fellow cabbie would call us and they never did. We had no way back to the hotel. We ultimately found a ride back with friends but it was unsettling.

No one informed us that parking costs $35 per day

The location is close everything, much eveything downtown. The shuttle takes you anywhere within a 5 mile radius, which was fabulous!

No microwave in the rooms but I understand why

The room design and size. Very quiet. Great place to stay while exploring the area.

The family really liked it. The valet was excellent. The shuttle rides were too.

I didn't see any vending machines. Also didn't see a diaper vending machine either.

The bathroom floor hadnt been mopped in quite some time. The glasses in the bathroom looked like they had only been wiped out and not washed. The paper discs that the glasses were on obviously were not fresh and had been re-used. The body lotion had also been previously used. Not new. Also... be aware that the water in the fridge is not free and there are no disclosures stating otherwise. I found out at checkout that they are $5 each. Not good.
