Hotel Warwick, Denver

The pool was nice. Rooms were comfortable. The attached restaurant has a great happy hour

It felt a bit outdated/in need of some updates. We specifically upgraded our room to a “one bedroom suite” thinking the bedroom would be separate, but that was not the case. I brought this up to the front desk and was told every room is different and they can’t guarantee layout.

KUDOS TO TEC.. HE'S WORKING WITH UNBELIEVABLE CIRCUMSTANCES AND MANAGES FOR ENTRY/EXIT TO GO SMOOTHLY. A MAJOR AREA FOR IMPROVEMENT WOULD BE THE LIMITED SPACE FOR CARS TO PARK UPON ARRIVAL. YOU BASICALLY HAVE TO CIRCLE THE BLOCK UNTIL THERE IS SPACE FOR YOU TO UNLOAD LUGGAGE. ANOTHER KUDO GOES TO EZRA, POOL BARMAN. ON HIS OWN, HE ROCKS THE BAR SCENE ON THE ROOFTOP! MAX AT RECEPTION IS ON TOP OF IT ALL.

PARKING UPON ARRIVAL IS A DISASTER!

Our brief stay worked out really well. Loved the size of the suite. Location was really convenient.

Very nice hotel will book again if I come back to Denver Colorado.

Big room with a large table, balcony, and a bathtub. Free bottled water from the front desk. Free drink per day at the hotel bar.

The hotel is a bit far from downtown, but still acceptable. The breakfast can provide more hot food, e.g., cooked egg, soup, or bacon. Currently, it is full of cold fruits and meat. The staff told me that they would email me the receipt, but I received nothing.

Not the hotels fault but it was a bit sketchy. People doing drugs in the car park. Not what you need in the evening.

The front reception staff were very kind and friendly, and the facilities were nice.

Admittedly, we didn't eat there but the continental breakfast seemed overpriced at $16 pp.

We throughly enjoyed the rooftop pool. Spacious rooms. Very good authentic Italian restaurant in the hotel.

The room was nice and big and had a big bed. Restaurant on site was good.

The pool area is nothing like the pictures, everything is a little shabby round the edges. Definitely not a 4 star in my opinion. The pillows were so bad.

It was updated since the last time I stayed a few years ago. Love the proximity to downtown and Uptown.

The very friendly staff at the front desk. I made a mistake of dates and . Kayla helped me change my check in date to that day. Super happy and eager to please.

No continental breakfast

Very relaxing around the pool the appetizers were great at the bar. The breakfast was amazing. The staff was very accommodating.

Were too fluffy and big. The bed was not super comfortable.

One of the highlights for me was definitely the location. It's conveniently situated, making it easy to explore the nearby attractions and enjoy local dining options. Moreover, the staff were exceptional. They were friendly, attentive, and always willing to help with any requests or questions I had. Their warm hospitality truly made my stay enjoyable.

unfortunately, my experience was overshadowed by the price. While the location was great and the amenities were decent, I found the hotel to be too expensive for what it offered.

Overall , very pleasant stay. We had an issue with no hot water in shower, however the staff took are of it straight away.

Please consider replacing carpet with a hard surface . Many cigarette burns . And as it is a pet friendly hotel , it would make it more hygienic.

Staff were terrific. Efficient and helpful. The room was very spacious with a great balcony and view. Breakfast was excellent.

For a hotel of this caliber, it was disappointing to see dirty, moldy grout in the floor of the shower. Also, there were only two towels and one washcloth for three people.

Root top pool and breakfast were great!

Distances from locations we were visiting made us need Uber as we did not have a car.

The history of the hotel was neat to read about. The hotel has a classic charm. Our family enjoyed the roof top pool. All the staff from check-in, valet, and in restaurant were pleasant and helpful.

The rooftop pool and bar/restaurant was perfect for a hot, sunny summer weekend!

The size of the room was great and it was very clean. The rooftop pool and bar was awesome and was a great place to watch the fireworks for 4th of July. The gym was small, but clean. Staff were very pleasant and helpful.

The only small downside to the room was that they are not completely soundproof, so if the room above you has heavy footed guests, you will be able to hear them.

Nice hotel. Great staff. Helped us deal with lots of little problems.

Gym 24/7 and pool. Breakfast really good. Restaurant is okey, wine is horrible. Near Downtown by walk. Coming from Spain is so far of a good hotel level.

Some personal are so cool, others not (Faking education being rude, they don’t try to understand you when you are not a good english speaker). In the other hand, Daniela the receptionist was so nice the day I checked-in. Room cleaning was at 5pm everyday, kind of crazy for me. Cleaning rooms should be at morning after breakfast IMO. Also, not an issue of the hotel but, Denver has a big issue with homeless/drug dependents people, specially near the hotel.

The pool was nice — although the chairs and umbrellas were extremely worn and could use an upgrade and the service at the “bar” was lacking, tacking 45 mins to get a drink.

The location was more desolate than we thought, surrounded by parking lots and garages. We were luckily only a few blocks away from where things get more active. The housekeeping service was lacking — each day they took away used towels, but didn’t replace them all so we would have to call for more and they only came 50% of the time. They would make the beds, but leave used coffee cups, etc. On our check out day, we overheard another guest at the desk discussing they had found bed bugs which wasn’t exactly what you want to hear.

It was aesthetically pleasing and very clean. The linens and bed were comfortable and clean. I liked having the restaurant connected.

The main thing for us was communication. We were marked as a no show and our room was given away. However I had called multiple times to make sure this wouldn’t happen, as we had prepaid for three nights. Ultimately we did get a room ,just frustrating. The communication, phone numbers provided for the restaurant was the same. Tried to order room service and it went to a voicemail, called back , no answer. Just walked down to place a to go order and there are about 6 people in the whole place, but couldn’t answer the phone? I think for the money I would prob stay elsewhere next time.

Staff were very helpful & responsive. Location was better than I expected! Bar staff great, reception staff great, concierge, housekeeping - all really fantastic! Breakfast was great - loved the fresh fruit.

n/a -...well.. actually, throughout my 8 day stay, the breakfast staff were kind of surly ... especially the 'team leads/room supervisors'.. not hugely welcoming, more begrudging...appeared slightly 'inconvenienced', and pretty slow on the coffee & water offering - I really value my caffeine before i eat, not when I'm half way through breakfast!!

The property is in a good location.

Our room did not match the pictures on their website. Our room was very dated. We had a presidential suite, but the room looked like it hasn’t been remodeled since two centuries ago. All the furniture was old and dirty. The bed was uncomfortable.

Our king room at the Warwick was incredibly spacious with a huge balcony. The front desk staff was friendly. The continental breakfast was well stocked with fresh fruit, smoothies, pastries, cheeses, and meats. The restaurant staff during breakfast was particularly fantastic, all of the servers are SO attentive and nice.

Despite the welcome packet saying the pool bar was open daily from 11-6, it was closed the whole time of our stay. They have a strict "no outside food and drink" policy at the pool..... but then don't have the bar open. They also really skimp on the provided room toiletries. In an incredibly dry state like Colorado, please give us some body lotion.

Check-in was quick and efficient. A special mention to (Alley? Abbey? - apologies for not catching your name properly), who was outstanding. She took a genuine interest in our travels and what we planned to do in Denver. She also made sure we had a room with a city view - and when we walked into our suite, we were absolutely blown away. It was one of those moments where you can’t help but film a walkthrough, saying “Wow” the whole time. She also went out of her way to recommend a more convenient and cost-effective parking option, which saved us a lot over our five-night stay. The location is ideal - just a few blocks from Downtown Denver and within easy walking distance to Coors Field for the baseball.

What I didn’t like: While on-site parking is available, it’s very expensive. Top Tip: Check out nearby on-street parking options - we found this much more affordable. Breakfast was underwhelming. We found ourselves repeatedly having to ask for basics like coffee, milk, and spoons - things that should be readily available. Staple breakfast items often ran low: no bread, no milk, no spreadable cheese - though oddly, there were mounds of strawberries and fruit. A better balance would go a long way. The coffee itself was far too strong - almost gloopy. I don’t mind a bold brew (I’m from the UK and appreciate a strong coffee), but this was over the top and unpleasant. The rooftop pool was another disappointment. It was always very crowded, with nowhere to sit or relax. We ended up not using it at all. Sure, we could’ve tried to get up early to claim a spot, but it really shouldn’t be that difficult.

The room was clean and provided a good start to the stay. I appreciated that bottled water was provided as well.

The washroom plumbing needs significant improvement. There were issues that affected the overall comfort of using the washroom.

Staff was great (especially Chris @ front desk), a room was ready when we got there, however the first room we were sent to had not been cleaned, so we had to change . Location is great.

No lounges available at pool and no bar or service at pool during the week. Would be great if there were misters at pool since it was very hot and pool water was really warm. Pillows on bed were horrible, mismatched sizes and not comfortable.

Room cleaning was hit & miss. Not done on day 1 until 7pm & only because we asked, then bed not made on day 2. Our room was next to the ice machine which was noisy. Reception staff unhelpful when we asked for help with this. Gym not well equipped.

Restaurant on site. Valet staff was very nice and accommodating.

Staff at check-in was rude. Small interactions I had with them were unpleasant.
