Hotel Warwick, Denver

-Very friendly staff -Good location -The room was spacious

-The room felt a little dated and not very fresh. -The door was paper thin, I even had to step out at some point to ask the staff to speak less loudly because I couldn't even hear my TV -The "included" breakfast is a joke, you basically get 3 types of fruits and some pastries (no bread) and if you want some "hot food" you have to pay a 12 dollars upcharge... I didn't realize that bacon was so rare in the US that I have to pay more to get some.

The location was great and the rooftop pool was a bonus.

The shower took forever to get warm. And warm was the highest temperature I could even get. It never got hot.

Valet service was efficient - great location - helpful staff - rooms were very comfortable - nice restaurant on site.

I liked the art decor of the hotel, Kinda boutique, kinda european. The staff were pleasant and were attentive to my needs. The room was spacious. With an exceptionally large balcony. Overall a comfortable stay

The rooms are getting dated as there was oxidation on some of the fixtures in the bathroom. The hot water was kind of spotty as well, as the hot water from the sink wouldn't come up to temp unless the hot water from the shower was on? I let the desk know , let's see if they can remedy the problem.

Malfunctioning kettle, Could not be fixed. Could not be replaced. Had to leave half way through due to family emergency. No mechanism for partial refund.

Everything was as expected, except for one thing

The pillows on the bed were too soft and too small. They were the size of throw pillows instead of full size sleeping pillows.

I did not eat the breakfast. The staff were very nice. Especially the vallet.

I thought I was supposed to have a mountain view, I did not. I had a view of the parking lot. I had to ask for a microwave to be brought to the room. There were stains on the couch and rug in the living room. There was dirt and scuff marks on the wall. The refrigerator was small and most of the room in it was taken up by the beverages for the "mini bar."

Free breakfast was more like “free fruit”

The front desk agents were kind and easy to work with. We stayed in the Premier Suite and it was spacious and you couldn’t quite beat the city/Mountain View from the balconey. We enjoyed using the gym. The restaurant was perfect for late night, breakfast and happy hour.

There is hot water but it can go in and out, sometimes took a bit to get going as well.

Location - it was located close to many other establishments and within walking distance which was very nice.

The lack of parking - there is no free parking available for guest 24/7. Only parking available is meter parking and valet.

Our balcony overlooked the air conditioning system and it was very loud!

Lack of hot water in our room. It took a very long time to get hot water and it lasted for about a minute

Nice room layout, great location, and large balcony.

Water took 5 months to warm up and was icy cold until it did, then turned to burning hot. The noise from the bedroom was terrible. You could hear people talk easily through the wall and people were being very loud all nights of the stay.

Nice and clean hotel, ok neighbourhood, just a bit outside of business center/financial district, but just 10-15min walk. Very healthy breakfast with a lot of fruit, just a pitty that you need to pay additional for the continental breakfast. Normal breakfast was only fruits, croissant, hard cooked egg and some yoghurt.

additional cost for continental breakfast, staff behind reception could have been a bit more friendly/charming. Sometime a bit too much of cannabis smell in the hallway towards my room :-(

The location, room and rooftop pool were some of our favorite features. Very conveniently located downtown, near lot of places we wanted to check out.

We did not realize that parking wasn't included in our stay. We only got 2 breakfast vouchers, we are a family of 5. It wasn't made clear while booking that going through a 3rd party site would only give us 2 vouchers. Right as we were packing up the power in the hotel went out. Thank goodness we weren't in the elevator. We had to walk down 5 flights of stairs with our 3 children and all their luggage.
