The restaurant is amazing!

It is a little off downtown. This might sound petty, but the fact that the hotel does not provide you with toiletries, except for shampoo and body wash, makes them look cheap. If you forgot your hand cream or even your mouth wash you have to find the nearest convenience store or drugstore and none are within walking distance. Of course, you can walk, but only if you have the time.

Staff were great and a nice charming hotel with big room and a good location - breakfast was excellent too

Only suggestion for improvement is to have hair conditioner in the shower

Noisy one night because of a party in a room on the Saturday night, and smoke smell in the hallway that night

First I have to base this on my previous stay a month ago. Living in transitional housing for homeless vets currently, I had a pass previously. I tried to get one for the weekend in question, but was denied for no apparent reason. I wouldn't expect this weekend to have been any less pleasant than our previous.

Nothing to dislike. The weekend pass being denied was by caseworker had no impact on my pleasant previous stay

The breakfast was very good. Had other meals. Brozino.excellent. My only complaint was itnwas hard to get my room especially the bathroom cleaned in a timely fashion.

Please upgrade the Tvs. No smart tvs so your stuck just watching whats on cable and some channels had no signals

The room and bed were perfect. Exactly what we needed after a month on a thin dorm mattress :D

In the "restaurant" the tables were sticky. You should consider covering them with a tablecloth.

The hotel was a little outdated , the bed was older , the phone in my room didn’t work at all , the mini fridge door was broken , Other than that everything else was fine

Well located, good breakfast, nice personnel and very cool swimming pool.

As a tall person, the low shower heads were uncomfortable. That was the only negative aspect of the stay. Staff was friendly, location made a lot of the sites walkable, and the bed was comfortable.

We loved the continent breakfast, the clean room and balcony view, and the rooftop pool was beautiful. The staff were very friendly and helpful as well!

I have always enjoyed my visits. However I found myself scratching because the sheets may had too much starchy

Warwick Review I enjoyed my stay at this beautiful hotel. I would have given them 10 stars if they didn’t change the breakfast continental menu. Pros: Great location Relaxing and warm swimming on the Penthouse or rooftop They clean the room daily A pianist playing music was therapeutic Cons: They changed the breakfast into a basic cold food that can easily be grabbed at any grocery. They removed customized scrambled eggs, bacon, potatoes and tomatoes, which were the highlights of the breakfast.

The sofa bed in our room had only one sheet on it. Extra bedding and extra pillows would have been nice. I guess I was supposed to request these?

The room was very spacious and clean. I loved going out to the balcony to watch the snow.

The city view isn’t great. The city itself just looked ghetto from where we were standing. The bed was a king but it was a small king. Something about it didn’t seem right. There was also no parking provided and there was no instruction on where to park. It was frustrating after a long drive to get there.

Mattress is lumpy and too soft Balcony partitions transmit sounds from the balcony next door; this kept me up for an hour around midnite as the next door occupant was having a loud conversation For our entire stay, there were paint chips outside our room on the floor; we asked that they be vacuumed and they never were Breakfast staff was severely understaffed the first morning; someone at another table threw up, the waitress tried to clean it up but it needed to be mopped by housekeeping, which didn't happen while we were there.

The beds. We have sleep number beds at home and just nothing like. Your bed at home

The suite and balcony were both large and made for a very comfortable stay! The air could be controlled both in the living room and bedroom. Which was a wonderful feature as my boyfriend could keep our room at the temp he wanted for sleeping and we could keep the temp in the living room warmer for me to thaw out in the am. The hotel restaurant was delicious, the cocktails were wonderful, the service from the hotel staff was exceptional.

The water pressure felt a bit like showering with a hose. The water took a long time to get warm. The toilet ran for quite a long time after each flush. And the tvs are a bit outdated so you cant watch streaming channels. All minor things but thats why id rate this a very good stay vs an exceptional stay. The mini fridge froze our all our leftovers.

Cannot beat the price for what you get with this hotel. Rooms are spacious and quiet, huge balconies that you cannot find at most modern hotels. We didn't use the rooftop pool due to some poor weather, but went to look anyways and it would have been spectacular had the sun come out. The restaurant Gattara downstairs serves up some delicious Italian cuisine for a great price at dinner, and the breakfast buffet exceeded our expectations. Location is great, only a quick drive or a moderate walk to Larimer Square or Union Station, the mall, and trendy areas for shopping.

Our room did not have anything close to hot water so we had to suffer through a cold shower. Suites could be equipped with a microwave, a throw blanket, and 2 wine glasses for added comfort to enjoy the balcony and living room better.

Room was clean, and balcony was great. It was quiet and private. The pool was pretty busy but I got to enjoy it on the morning of my last day. Breakfast was exceptional and staff was nothing but kind. I love a firmer mattress so that was great.

Some items in my room were due for a replacement, the upholstery on a few furniture items is totally shredded. Room service was pretty pricey once fees are factored in, just read the fine print.

Loved the Room, Bed, and Views from the Room. Also enjoyed the breakfast and the Bar and Dining area. Staff Great. Also loved the heated pool when it was working.

The pool was down when we got here on Friday and not working again till we left Sunday Am. Also need microwaves in rooms.

The staff was very friendly! Provided us with 2 complimentary bottles of water and a free drink ticket. That was cool and unexpected. The room was spacious and clean.

Our listing said that we would have robes & slippers in our room, which we didn't. I called the front desk. They said that robes & slippers were no longer provided and that he would talk to management about taking that off of the listing as a part of things included.

The one hostess who helped us check in was very pleasant. and efficient once we finally got to her. Room and bathroom very clean. Bed mattress felt a little too firm and springy for me but was OK for my husband. Ate at restaurant and food and service were very good. Breakfast buffet had a nice assortment of food. Good location for an early morning appointment at St. Joseph Hospital the next morning. It was raining, so we couldn't use the balcony (it wasn't wet, but it was cold) but we liked that we had one.

Long wait in line of four, when there were two hostesses but only one was helping customers. I would like to see an upgrade to a foam or goose down mattress cover to provide more softness and support to the body. We were unable to get a room with an even number, so our room faced the street. It was somewhat noisy--mostly when an ambulance went racing by--we were on the 10th floor. The dessert menu was confusing. It indicated a shot of Limoncello was available for +2.00 at the bottom, which we thought meant for any dessert chosen. When the bill came, our two limoncellos were $8.00 each. The waiter just shrugged and said, sorry, that + 2.00 price is only for if you ordered the lemon ice cream. He didn't offer to comp even one shot. We could drive next door and park for $20.00 but then would have to walk back in the rain, so we used the Valet which was a $45.00 charge. I think the parking by valet price was too much. Hot breakfast food was just lukewarm although there was a good variety for American and European tastes.

The room was quite spacious and the location of the hotel was perfect for us and our plans.

We left our charger behind and I called and they said I would get a call back…. It’s been a week and no call.

I had a room on the 12th floor, it was huge, had a lounge area, and a large bed. I had a patio and an opening window.

The hotel is located in the downtown area and is very clean and equipped with modern facilities. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room was huge and had a walking closet with mirror. The breakfast was the best, lots of variety and fresh bakery options. The public parking is right next door if you do not opt for valet parking.

The hotel was clean and the staff was very fast and friendly. They answered all of my questions and even extended my checkout when I needed it.

Excellent service, wonderful greeting. Love the unlimited free water bottles. Break fast was amazing! A little outside of the downtown area, but if this is okay with you, it's a good option.

Everything I was going to like about the property I didn’t get to use because everything shut down so early. The room was meticulous and I love that they have a shower room and a bathtub room and a balcony.

I didn’t like that everything closed so early. I don’t like that. The bedding was not quality at all. It was just a blanket covered with a duvet. There was no down comforter. The lighting was good, but the valet service was not good and then when you pay a lot for a room and ask for late checkout on a holiday, especially when there is nobody else there I think they could splurge for a couple hours instead of giving me 45 minutes considering I didn’t show up until almost 9 the night before

Everything was excellent, the room was very clean and comfortable. I really enjoyed the breakfasts—they were very tasty and healthy!

We didn’t put the sign on the door, and housekeeping came into our room early in the morning, so we couldn’t get enough sleep.

The staff were all very friendly and helpful. When we had a problem it was fixed almost immediately. The list of television channels was in alphabetical order - why don't other places do that? There was plenty of lighting in the room. We had a large balcony but didn't use it because of several days of snow. It was the same for the outdoor pool. We were doubtful about staying here because of other reviews, mostly about the breakfasts which are provided by a restaurant. However, they now provide a hot buffet, which was very good.

There didn't seem to be anywhere in the bathroom to hang towels.

I booked this hotel for its rooftop pool (open all year round), which was not open due to a snowstorm. My bad luck, but room prices got last minute discounts which I was not able to profit from (already prepaid). Bathrooms need an upgrade.
