Hotel Warwick, Denver

My husband and I stayed at the Warwick for four nights in a suite on the 10th floor. Our favorite part was the balcony. We sat outside each morning and evening. The room was a nice size and clean. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast buffet was delicious!

The only quirk we had was the HVAC system. The thermostat is a little weird. Generally, we don't like air conditioning. There was no off button, but after experimenting, it turned out that "economy" was the way to turn it off.

Staff was awesome!!

Complimentary Breakfast Buffet had nice selection, well-prepared and served by friendly server. Bed linens very clean and nice quality. Rooms are huge with good lighting. Bathrooms clean and modern. Pool area clean and comfortable, the host is a lovely combination of concierge and non-pushy maitre d'. Desk staff were helpful when I had to change my room at 2am Loved the luggage storage service-made my final day in Denver so easy!

I don't like the Playboy decorations, especially the photo of Hefner with his pipe. Soooo creepy. Elevator panel looks unreliable in spite of fast, quiet elevators. Thin walls maight need to re-position beds off the walls. The TV of my neighbor is mounted on the wall where my headboard is positioned. The loud TV woke me at 1 am. I got a new room at 2 am after failed attempts by staff to wake the occupant.

Love this hotel. Food is good and always clean.

A little late on the checkin

The property was great with good amenities! The pool is lovely.

I enjoyed the pool and the restaurant was very good. The rooms are nice and big as well!

Easy check in. Close to lots of downtown activities and restaurants. Rooftop pool (could use a little updating). Friendly staff. Comfortable beds and pillows. Good breakfast.

Construction over the road was pure bad luck. Having an excavator running at 7am was not ideal. Hot water takes quite a while to warm up. Was a shame to have to waste water while waiting.

It’s a comfortable place. We had a nice suite with a city facing balcony.

The televisions in the room were like being in the 1990s. They had no ability to log into our streaming accounts, no channel guide. The channels numbers on the card in the room were incorrect. There was no information in the room about the area or about the hotel. The valet parking was above ground in a non secure lot.

The breakfast buffet was 5 Star. Excellent consistent presentation every morning. Waitstaff were all extremely professional,courteous, appreciative and smiling. Super important for the guest experience.

There was only one time I needed a new key for my room and it took way way too long to do a simple task. like 15 minutes. I don't believe it was Oliver's fault but I also understand their is certain security protocol. I am a former Hospitality professional and know the business on both sides of the hotel. Food and beverage and Rooms and guest services.

The rooms with a balcony are very nice, the pool on the roof is nice but not kid friendly. bar by pool makes for a lot of adults and no room for kids, heads up

The access door back to the parking garage that is right against the hotel is only accessible by door around the block when you are retrieving your car next day. Need to make a customer door from hotel.

+ Very nice, big rooms + Amazing staff overall, receptionists were lovely and super helpful and the cleaners were super professional and nice + Good breakfast buffet + 15 min walk to the convention centre without the stress of the big conference hotels + Nice gym! + The breakfast restaurant doubles as a pizza place in the afternoon and evening, really good food.

Great pool for an urban hotel.

A bit dated

Very nice rooms with a lot of space. Really cool rooftop bar with a friendly and helpful bartender. Reception staff were great at recommending things nearby. The breakfast in the morning was brilliant.

Some of the furniture in the room was a bit worse for wear but it didn’t affect our stay.

Easily the best included breakfast we have ever had.

Bed was very hard. We had to get our room keys reprogrammed each afternoon.

System was down. Parking was horrible and expensive. Dodge the bird poop on your walk to the parking garage. The bed was not good.

Decent amenities and suitable location. Like the restaurant/bar and the rooftop pool space. Decent room with spacious balcony.

Be prepared to wait…a lot. Between the elevators and valet, it can take *over* twenty minutes to get out of the building. (No exaggeration.) Not sure why only one valet is on duty even during peak times (i.e. 11am Sunday). Not sure why the only two front desk staff on duty are *both* required to help each guest when the line is growing…and growing. As a grown-ass man, I don’t like having to sign a no-guest policy agreement, *especially* when I am not expecting one. Housekeeping is bare minimum. TIP: The parking ramp next door is cheaper and you don’t have to waste time waiting for a valet to appear at the stand.

Our room lacked hot water our entire trip, which made staying there with our one-year-old son a challenge

Staff weren’t super helpful and were a little surly, no offer to help with bags etc and had to wait a long time to get the luggage cart for ourselves

Room was big and had an excellent balcony overlooking the city.

AC system was unusual, it would not stop working as it switched from cold to heater to maintain the temp you set. For a few minutes it will be strong AC blasts, then a few minutes of heat blast. Hard to sleep with.

Good location. Bed was comfy.

Took a long time for our room to be ready. Parking garage next door was hard to get into (not Warwick’s fault but something to be aware of).

The breakfast was wonderful and added to the value of the stay. The location was walking distances to great places to see and eat. I appreciated the early check in and holding our luggage for a few hours after check out.

The staff were not very friendly or portrayed a helpful attitude.

The location was great as was the free breakfast we got by booking through booking.com. The rooftop pool was a nice bonus for my daughter. The rooms were huge and we liked having the balcony.

Parking was inconvenient, even with the valet. The pool was small for the size of the hotel, so when we tried to use it at night it was elbow to elbow with kids splashing and doing all the things kids do in pools (the issue being you couldn’t move away from it). Even my daughter had enough when kids blew water through a pull noodle in her face. Also, although the beds were comfortable, I believe they were doubles , not queens, so a little small.

The restaurant and included breakfast was fabulous, the rooms where comfortable and large, but overall - the staff was the best! Very friendly and helpful. Will be staying here again, 100%.

The staff were very warm and friendly. I was impressed with their care and concern. The hotel room was so clean and comfortable. The breakfast was fantastic.

Overall, I had a very good experience at the hotel. The only thing I was not pleased with was the long wait at check-in, and one elevator was out of order.. There was only one group of three before me. I was not acknowledged until after 10 minutes of the total 20-minute wait time. Other than that, I wish the couch in my room was deeper and a bigger pool.

The continental breakfast and happy hour were good. The room was nice and the bedding was great.

Our first impression was 4 people smoking cigarettes outside. The intial person at check in was a bit "snarky" and another one was kind of rude to my husband when he asked for a recommendation for a barber. The initial valet didn't attempt to even hold the door open when we were arriving with all of our luggage. The next days improved. We didn't enjoy our dinner experience at all. The A/C wasn't working properly and we were literally sweating in the restaurant. We moved tables but it wasn't much better. We spent over $100 on dinner and didn't even eat half of it. The service was good and he offered us sorbet as a consolation.

Jeremy at valet was awesome He was very professional and prompt and I never had to wait longer than necessary Better service with him than anyone else and Kris at the front desk was amazing as well!

Location was great. And it was possible to park on the street using meters, which was nice.Lots of families staying there, but the rooms are well built and it was quiet. The in-house restaurant was quite good, and the breakfast buffet was excellent.

Breakfast was included in the room but breakfast was only fruit and yogurt. For extra charge there was additional food. My room was not ready past the 4 pm checkin.

Our room was a little outdated and the toilet made the worst sound when it flushed but it was doable. The construction all around the block was a little annoying though.

The pool area was amazing and also Hotel Staff.

Unfortunately the Restaurant staff was mean to my kids and I don’t feel welcome or water there for breakfast. Rom was nice but shower never worked.

everything was fine, the pool was great, hotel desk people were fantastic. the rooms were cleaned and prepped which was great.

although we felt al little disrespected when we used the free breakfast coupon and not a warm breakfast. when asked we said we wil be using the coupon the conversation changed. people do not know what we had planned for the day so a light breakfast is what we wanted due tot he fact a lunch was planned at noon.

The size of the room was excellent. Comfortable bed, great shower, very spacious room with a lounge area and a balcony.

Check in is 4pm which seems late. I received a message the day prior to arrival explaining guaranteed check in was 4pm. We arrived and were unable to check in until 5pm which was frustrating. I sent the property a few questions before arrival and I never received a response.
