Restaurant on site. Valet staff was very nice and accommodating.

Staff at check-in was rude. Small interactions I had with them were unpleasant.

The Warwick is a beautiful hotel with clean, comfortable beds and spacious rooms. The staff was excellent, helpful, and knowledgeable. The complimentary breakfast has a good selection of fruits, yogurts, cold cuts, and spreads, but the bread wasn't always fresh, which was a shame. The TV was broken on my first night, due to an issue with the receiver, but was resolved promptly. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay at the Warwick and would recommend to friends.

My bathroom could have done with a deep clean, especially on the floors and little crevices, but otherwise the room was airy, clean, and comfortable. The breakfast was a good selection but on some days, the bread selection felt a little stale like it had been sitting out for a day, which was a shame.

Roomy, nice comfy bed, balcony, walk-in closet. Great desk, all in good condition. The rooftop pool was a huge plus, along with the pool bar. Well located. Free breakfast and bottled water as well as one drink in restaurant friendly, helpful staff. Fireplace in lobby and restaurant.

Liked almost everything. Hotel slightly old school but very well kept. Negatives were late official check in of 4pm and relatively early check out of 11am. Hotel could use an ATM

Room was large and comfortable with a balcony. Breakfast was included with our room price and was very good, although they served the same food every morning. The restaurant attached to the hotel was amazing. The rooftop pool was relaxing and heated. Convenient location for area sites like the capitol, museums, sporting events, etc.

Hard to reach anyone by phone at the reception desk. No microwave in the room. Same food was served each morning for breakfast with no variety. Overall the hotel room was very expensive. There are lots of homeless people in the area and it felt a little unsafe walking around at night and in the early morning. Valet parking only and the cost is $45 per day. We chose to find an alternate garage a block away that was much more reasonably priced.

Even if a bit dated, it is a very nice hotel.

Great location and wonderful to have the rooftop pool, lots of fruit for breakfast and friendly staff. Comfi rooms with balcony. Lovely free drink every evening :)

The wait to be seated for breakfast was a bit long , and they ran out of things (breads and plates) quite quickly and had to ask for it to be restocked.

Large rooms, good pool, decent gym. Wifi, mattress, shower all good. Rooms are clean and in good condition. Nice balcony with views. Room coffee good. Bathroom cosmetics good. Restaurant is pretty good with stone fired pizza. A la carte breakfast is very nice, buffet plentiful if a little bland.

Frequently understaffed in the restaurant so service can be slow. Room AC/Heating can be noisy though this is common in US hotels.

The facility was clean. It looked presentable from the outside, and I like the room.

The property was kinda in a weird spot. It was a struggle to find where to go. Also, parking was horrible. The complementary breakfast sucked and I didn’t like that they needed a $75 hold on the credit card. I don’t like that you have to pay for Wi-Fi That is good.

Balcony very dirty,bathroom a little dirty on arrival,neighborhood kinda sketchy,we were asked repeatedly for money from homeless in area when trying to walk.Not the hotel’s fault though.

Great staff. Love the breakfast that was included in the booking reservation. There is free overnight parking in front of the hotel. At 8 or 9 am, you need to feed the meter.

It was a beautiful property and staff was very helpful.

Pros: the restaurant is amazing. Really close to doors field and zoo depending on what you are coming for. Nice rooftop pool. Room seemed clean. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Cons: no fitted sheets on the bed just regular sheets. The shower diverted is broken. Very hard to turn into a shower from bath. Lots of noise later at night in the hallway (sounded like a couple just very obnoxious drunk guys though so it may not be a regular thing) and constant police or firetruck sirens were going by all hours of the night. Only paid parking. Either valet or the parking garage next door.

Facilities, breakfast, bar and it's free drink per day, location near a lot of restaurants.

We had to ask for room service otherwise we would not have had any during 4 days.

Room was big and spacious but I'm afraid very outdated and in need for revamp. The streets around the hotel didn't feel welcoming, mostly parking lots which weren't very nice at night.

Good, clean hotel. Comfortable beds/rooms and friendly staff. Downtown is within easy walking distance, but still in a relatively quiet area of the city.

Valet parking is a bit pricey and IMO unnecessary, as the car park is only at the rear of hotel.

$45 a day for valet parking is over priced. Especially since they put your vehicle in an uncovered gravel lot. Only complaint.

Room was great, as well as breakfast – we loved the variety of fresh berries and fruit. We also loved the pool on the rooftop. It is also good that there is public parking spaces available very close, so no need to pay for vallet services which are overpriced.

It's strange that pool music was constantly interrupted by advertisements – it seems that a hotel like this could afford one Spotify premium account. Also, the view from our room was to the parking, but I guess that's just luck. Finally, the hotel is not really in the center, but just 30mins walk away from it.

The lobby area and restaurant are pretty and up to date. The hotel was very clean!! Several staff members were friendly and helpful (but not all).

The staff was hit or miss. Check in time is very late. I understand early check in isn’t always possible but the staff was unhelpful and rude over the phone. They were much nicer in person. They never told me how breakfast worked which I missed the first day and caused confusion with the restaurant staff the next day. One very nice staff member gave me a drink ticket to make up for it which was so nice. The furniture in the room was a bit old and mismatched. There was a cigarette burn on my desk.

beds were very comfy, location was easy waking distance to everything. good variety of fresh fruit on breakfast bar.

parking is ridiculous. next door self park for 20.00 a day. hotel only offers valet parking for 45.00 a day. breakfast bar had nothing hot. it was fruit and cold fish. I thought I was in England. we ordered a breakfast sandwich off menu, 20.00 for the sandwich. also none of the cleaning crews spoke English. I thought I was in USA, and English was 1st language. not here.

Very nice staff, super helpful and friendly. Great location within walkable places to eat and shop. Parking on the street is free on the weekend. Pool was warm and has a nice bartender.

There was never any coffee in the to go area. Our room was cleaned on our first day and then never again after that. We didn't care if our linens were not changed, but no new towels and the garbage was not taken out for 4 days.

liked everything except not knowing the security deposit. came ill-prepared. ended up waiting 3 hours to check in. I know it mentioned additional fees and it didn't cross my mind as last time the money was in the account and I never noticed it. $75 a night is a lot especially when living in a shelter and needing a break.

Staff was friendly and helpful. They don't seem to hate their jobs.It's wonderful to experience such positive service. A friendly and helpful staff can truly make or break a stay. Their positive attitude creates a welcoming atmosphere. It's refreshing to encounter employees who seem to enjoy their work. Such enthusiasm makes a significant difference in the overall experience.

Maybe just a few more food choices on the menu.

The restaurant is amazing!

It is a little off downtown. This might sound petty, but the fact that the hotel does not provide you with toiletries, except for shampoo and body wash, makes them look cheap. If you forgot your hand cream or even your mouth wash you have to find the nearest convenience store or drugstore and none are within walking distance. Of course, you can walk, but only if you have the time.

Noisy one night because of a party in a room on the Saturday night, and smoke smell in the hallway that night

First I have to base this on my previous stay a month ago. Living in transitional housing for homeless vets currently, I had a pass previously. I tried to get one for the weekend in question, but was denied for no apparent reason. I wouldn't expect this weekend to have been any less pleasant than our previous.

Nothing to dislike. The weekend pass being denied was by caseworker had no impact on my pleasant previous stay

The breakfast was very good. Had other meals. Brozino.excellent. My only complaint was itnwas hard to get my room especially the bathroom cleaned in a timely fashion.

The room and bed were perfect. Exactly what we needed after a month on a thin dorm mattress :D

In the "restaurant" the tables were sticky. You should consider covering them with a tablecloth.

The hotel was a little outdated , the bed was older , the phone in my room didn’t work at all , the mini fridge door was broken , Other than that everything else was fine

Well located, good breakfast, nice personnel and very cool swimming pool.

As a tall person, the low shower heads were uncomfortable. That was the only negative aspect of the stay. Staff was friendly, location made a lot of the sites walkable, and the bed was comfortable.

We loved the continent breakfast, the clean room and balcony view, and the rooftop pool was beautiful. The staff were very friendly and helpful as well!

I have always enjoyed my visits. However I found myself scratching because the sheets may had too much starchy

Warwick Review I enjoyed my stay at this beautiful hotel. I would have given them 10 stars if they didn’t change the breakfast continental menu. Pros: Great location Relaxing and warm swimming on the Penthouse or rooftop They clean the room daily A pianist playing music was therapeutic Cons: They changed the breakfast into a basic cold food that can easily be grabbed at any grocery. They removed customized scrambled eggs, bacon, potatoes and tomatoes, which were the highlights of the breakfast.

The sofa bed in our room had only one sheet on it. Extra bedding and extra pillows would have been nice. I guess I was supposed to request these?
