Location convenient to train from airport.

Massive construction fills the lobby atrium. Rooms have been redecorated but badly. No housekeeping. Outrageous room rate for their current circumstances and no comps offered. Avoid - it’s just a few steps to must better value.

A couple things: The property, area was wonderful. The bed and tv was great. tv easy to use. bed super comfy.

The closet was kind of beat up. The nespresso machine did not work well. It probably needs to be cleaned. i have one at home and that seems what might be wrong. Also the capsulas are not the real nespresso ones and they just aren't as good. they don't yield enough strong coffee. The room should have larger coffee cups. espresso cups aren't sufficient. Mini bar should be stocked and not empty. the doors to the closet unit didn't close all the way.

We thought that a King suite would have have either a king size bed or at least a queen size bed. Bed was a full size bed. The breakfast was not worth the name “breakfast”

The location was great and the room was very quiet, the discounts on food at union station was nice too, and the bed itself was very comfy.

The lighting in the room was so dim I could barely see to put on makeup. Also, the water in the shower never got above lukewarm. When I first checked in it was admittedly late evening, but there was just a sign at the desk saying they stepped away, no one answered when I called and I waited 20min before front desk staff arrived to check me in. Not what you expect for this price range.

Love the location, and all the great restaurants and other shops right around there ,you could spend days at this location. The main lobby was also part of the train station, but it was very classy, playing beautiful classical music. Hotel guest had their area in the big lobby. Bathrooms needs derp cleaning !

I loved the location, it was right in the middle of a very walkable area with lots of wonderful shops and restaurants nearby. The restaurants we tried were uniformly great, especially Jax. The restaurants and bars in Union Station were also wonderful.

Housekeeping. We stayed for three full days but no housekeeping was provided. That meant none of the trash taken out, the beds weren’t made and adequate towels were not provided. We got two bath towels for three people. I expected a higher degree of service for spending well over $500 a night.

The weird gap at the bottom of the door that was large enough I could stick my fingers through it and wave at people walking in the hall if I’d wanted to.

Great location with a lot of character. Beautiful building and rooms with great staff.

Location was fine. Wish l had booked a normal hote like The Thompson as this was a weird place and some staff were very upset that l kept having to ask for assistance, I could see it on (her) face. Underwhelming to say the least.

Loved the location most of all, but also booked and checked in within an hour! It was perfect for our spontaneous date day!

Awesome amenities and location!

Room was a little small, but we weren't there much.

Perfect location with multiple restaurants and bars. Easy walk to Coors Field. Quick, direct train from Airport to the hotel's doorstep. Terminal Bar, seafood, tapas, breakfast, indoor-outdoor options. Don't have to leave the station at all! Loved it!

All of the add-on fees and taxes. It's probably not the hotel's doing, but it feels sneaky to start with a room price under $500 per night and end up paying $1,750 for 3 nights. Watch the bottom line. Booking did tell me about all of this ahead of time and I knew what I say paying, but it still seemed like more "historic" taxes than anywhere else I've been.

The big selling point of the hotel for us was its location, right in the centre of Denver and perfect if you are arriving and/or leaving by train (including the train from the airport). The hotel is literally within the train station and the free 'mall-ride' bus goes from the station too. There are cafes, a bar and restaurants within the station. The room was narrow but generally well-appointed.

The bed was described as king-size, but felt smaller as one side was along a wall and there was very little space at the foot of the bed either. We couldn't get the iPad to work, which presumably had the hotel guide on it; we reported the fault but it hadn't been fixed when we left (2 nt stay).

fantastic location, large beautiful rooms, bathrooms had a overhead rain shower head as well as a regular head, hotel has lots of restaurants to pick from in house. the train to the airport was super convenient.

Staff was great! We enjoyed the treats included in the rate (coffee, ice cream, etc). Super convenient location. Lots of activity in the station to stay entertained. Very convenient with the train right there to return to the airport.

The location is very central in the heart of LoDo. The hotel is in Union Station so the first floor (where the hotel lobby would usually be) is Union Station, meaning there are bars, cafes, sitting benches, etc. for the general public and not specifically for hotel guests, but you can obviously utilize them (you do get some discounts as a hotel guest). I wouldn't recommend this property for a family who's looking for the normal hotel perks (pool, hot tub, breakfast, etc.) as those aren't provided. There are elevators up to the hotel rooms which are by key access only so that does provide an extra layer of security & comfort. They do provide a complimentary Telsa driver within a 2 mile radius which is convenient if needed and it's right next to the train station which goes directly to the airport.

They provide iPads in the rooms to order room service or request maintenance/supplies (toilet paper, etc.) and it didn't work for us. I also couldn't figure out how to use the room phone so really the only way to communicate with the front desk was to go down in person.

Breakfast in their Snooze cafe was outstanding. Fabulous vibe and really delicious food. We had some issues on check-in, having arrived from UK after a long day of travel. There was a big party going on at the venue and we needed a more quiet room. Emilee from the reception team was extremely understanding and helpful and we couldn’t be more impressed with her and her manager Jennifer.

The location is unbeatable, located right in Union Station. It also came with some other benefits from Union Station, like free coffee, beer, and ice cream.

The room was incredibly narrow. It was fine for one person but would be a pain with 2 people. Also, the shower had a couple different hairs in it. Shocking considering the price.

so close to everything from dinner, to excursions, to strolling the 16th street mall, it was a great place to stay, the staff was very courteous & helpful, I will be coming again!

The location of the hotel is fantastic. Walking distance of great shops and restaurants. Very friendly and helpful staff who went out of their way to ensure everything was great for us.

Nothing! It is a train station so there are of course some interesting characters around in the lobby/station area but there is plenty of security too and no actual issues.

The room was clean and comfortable.

The housekeeper walked into the room without knocking in the morning.

Fun conglomeration of activity,

The staff treated us very well and made our 10 year anniversary special.

The price seemed high for a random week night.
