Lovely time!
The decor and amenities were great! Charlie was a super star! Provide A+ service to my wife and I during our stay.
There was a mix up with my original booking of a King Deluxe room. Upon arrival we were told that there were issues with that room’s booking that night so we were provided a two queen bedroom. However the next morning the staff upgraded us to the junior suite with no additional charges. They took great care of the situation

Loved the location, great for my calls. Definitely pleasant and adequate for my needs. Not sure I’d stay again though…
Great location. Clean, well run.
It’s a club and feels very clubby. Not as friendly as other hotels in the area. Very friendly if you’re a member ie: bars, eating options etc, not so much if you are not. Limited lobby amenities, very small though adequate and clean room.

Nice place, but service is lacking.
The rooms were nice.
The pool was very small, the DJ at the pool too loud, room was under the loud DJ, they said my reservation was canceled then found it and blamed it on Booking.com. Told them there would be 3 in the room, it was stocked fir 1 person.

spent there two nights in two different rooms! first night great, second night the room was below average! completely dark and a horrible mattress!
