Amazing new hotel in Cape Town! Staff is extremely attentive and does everything possible to assure we have the best experience. Room is close to perfection, very clean, spacious, quiet and full of amenities. Breakfast is also great. It is located in a central area in Cape Town, just a short Uber ride to the main attractions.

Enjoyed my stay in this lovely hotel. Booked the superior suite for one night - it was beautifully furnished and had everything one would need. The room was spacious and clean, and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was also great.

Didn't like that the lifts opened directly to the room. Location didn't feel safe to walk in at night.

This property is absolutely stunning! We loved every moment. The staff are fantastic, warm and helpful. The room was large and beautifully decorated. Amazing attention to detail. Free in room snack were spot on and generous. Delicious breakfast. The bed was divine. Together with the blackout curtains, we slept like babies. I really can’t recommend this place highly enough.

We had an absolutely exceptional stay at Labotessa Luxury Hotel. The hotel has a fantastic, very central location which allowed us to easily walk to museums, great restaurants, and different neighborhoods to explore. We stayed in the Presidential Suite which was gorgeous and so spacious. The private elevator opens directly into a stunning two story modern home with beautiful furnishings, 3 bedrooms, and two stunning balconies with sweeping views and a plunge pool. Every detail was perfect from Dyptique bath products to amazing food, treats, and drinks left for us each day. We so appreciated all of the extra touches and the warmth and hospitality of everyone working there. It truly felt like a second home while we explored all that Cape Town has to offer. The breakfast was also fantastic and we loved sitting outside by the fountain. Martin and his team are outstanding and incredibly helpful and made sure that our stay was perfect.

Rooms were magnificant - a luxury stay but felt like home. Customer service was amazing. We travel alot in 5-star hotels [boutique and non-boutique] and this is a a Top 5 stay globally.

Labotessa Hotel is a choice that made my vacation to Capetown extraordinary. This is a true luxury boutique hotel. It's dreamy and gorgeous. Many thanks to the owners and staff. Africa is such a special place, and Labotessa is a perfect home away from home when visiting Capetown and the surrounding region.

The room was incredible, lots of little treats in the fridge. The check in experience was exceptional, like sitting down and chatting with a friend. The room was gorgeous, straight out the lift into the room. Had a mini kitchen, everything you could need. Amazing views and lovely big bathroom. Loved the breakfast choices and the overall interior design is beautiful.

The location is in the the centre of town, on a few streets it felt a bit uncomfortable but that's cape town.

This hotel is dangerous good. Very warm welcome, great service and a delicious breakfast. Keep it up

By far the best property I have ever stayed in. From the moment you arrive you are treated like family, the rooms are enormous with impeccable finishing. Incredibly comfortable in every way and the owners and team are amazingly hospitable. A beautiful place to stay

We loved the attention to detail and quality service.The little extras made our stay very special. Breakfast was amazing, and the coffee was delicious, better than Melbourne Australia. Looking forward to returning in the future.

The manager and staff were exceptional. Great customer service. Set up transfer prior to arrival. The rooms were luxurious and well stocked. Felt like a home away from home from the start. Many small touches that are gracious and sincere.

Labotessa is a little oasis in the centre of Cape Town. From the moment you check in you are welcomed so warmly by the team. The room is excellent. The all-day breakfast is so fresh. Staff and the quality of this property is excellent.

We loved it. Would not have wished for anything different.

The staff were incredibly friendly. The breakfast is excellent. The beds are very comfortable. The curtains are block-out so you can sleep late. There is no cut-off on breakfast-time, which is fantastic.

There is a lot of time spent upon arrival to explain things and ask about where dinner reservations are, etc. For local guests, this is unnecessary. Given the rate per night: the bathrooms are very small (with no bath), the windows are not double glazed so you can hear people from early morning and late at night. On our first night, we got a call to the room at approximately 22:00 to say that we should phone if we need anything, then we were woken up at 02:00 by another call where the staff member asked us if he can come up to our room to move the pillows and seating cushions from outside to inside - not great!

From the moment of arrival right up to departure, personal, professional and ethical services was provided by the Owners and Staff. Every detail received attention to improve your experience of comfort. Time is spend to make you feel spoiled without the fuss.

the only thing we did not like is sometimes you hear staff going up and down the stairs at different times during the day and night and it can get loud.

From the moment we arrived at Labotessa, it felt like home! Claudine was welcoming and gave us a full breakdown of the hotel and our room. We really appreciated the complimentary afternoon snacks and all day breakfast until 4pm.

the location of the hotel is downtown where it is not very walkable due to safety. though, it was our first time to cape town and the hotel is well situated if you plan on exploring a bit of everything (water, downtown, wine lands and table mountain)
