The view of the Nile is really beautiful. The breakfast and the service team in the morning are professional. The piano playing in the evening was the best !

Some of the receptionist are not really welcoming. The English level of the staff is not very good. Surprising for a 5 star hotel.

I really like the hotel's location, friendly staff, and available facilities.

I was disappointed that the hotel had no late check-out option, as our flight was late at night. We had to leave the hotel and find somewhere else to spend our time before heading to the airport. I understand the hotel was fully booked, but keeping a few rooms available for such situations would be helpful. It's all about planning.

The location, room, view was perfect. The breakfasts were amazing. Food at the various restaurants was superb. Staff was professional and friendly Pool area lovely Great doorman!

The SPA treatments are very expensive, and I was kept waiting by 35 minutes, so I had 35 minutes less on a treatment that I paid full price for. No apologies were given. The attitude was very casual and nonchalant. I was not impressed at all by the front desk staff at the SPA. The beautician was good though, but she had to rush the treatment. I found the transportation company in the foyer a rip-off and was not impressed by the way it operates. The drivers were all good and helpful, but the management team were out to extort as much as possible from the guests.

Mr Mohammed the receptionist had a welcoming and friendly attitude towards us and made sure we had a great time while staying at the hotel also the guest relations , amazing view on the nile

Beautiful gardens, swimming pool and the river all around made up for the inappropriate staff behavior. Food was good, hotel rooms and all the areas clean.

The staff was a bit ignorant and sometimes rude :( At the reception, in the cafe, in the restaurant, at the pool reception and everywhere else :( Except for the pool staff, they were very nice. Even their taxi driver behaved as if I was his employee.

Friendly staff. Good restaurants. Great location. Lovely, airy communal areas. With our “partial view of the Nile”, we actually had a full view and could see 3 Pyramids in the distance.

The rooms need updating (no USB charge ports and old fashioned decor), as does the promotional video that runs on the hotel room TV. In a location with a clientele and staff of almost all black and brown faces, having a promo video showing only fair skinned women enjoying luxury in Cairo, is very telling of the ideals of this hotel chain. Very disappointing to see in 2024.

the view is superb and the Restuarant is very good and the view from the restaurant is nice. the lobby is spacious, and the double height ceiling is adding more light to the place

the toilet is a bite old but clean and functions is very good

Its ok it has the best veiw of the nile has great facilities and its fun but not worth the price at all its like you are in a year 2007, 5 star hotel
