the staff was very friendly and helpful good, quiet location only a few blocks from Plaza Serrano.

the finishes and furnishings, bedding (comforter) are all a bit tired and worn. The facility can definitely use a refresh, especially the bathroom (though the water pressure in the shower was great).

Very friendly and helpful staff, made such a difference to our stay. Location is also excellent, room a good size, liked having the terrace, would recommend staying on the top floor, lower two floors terrace has no outlook at all.

Breakfasts were fairly average, would have appreciated a selection of fruit.

the Glu is a sweet, straight forward and comfortable boutique (11 rooms) in a nice area of Palermo. The staff was all exceptional both in friendliness and helpfulness. The breakfast was good and served in the lobby area, back patio or in your room.

It isn’t the style-iest of Palermo boutiques but comfortable. there are small upgrades that would be great such as USB phone charging outlets in the rooms.

The hotel is in a great location in Palermo Soho, quiet at night but only a short walk to Plaza Serrano, breakfast was varied and plentiful. The rooms are large and spacious. What really made this hotel stand out was the incredibly helpful staff, they welcomed me to the hotel, remembered who I was, were willing to answer any question and even helped me after I had checked out. Probably the most helpful staff I've ever experienced at any hotel stay.

Nothing really. There aren't a huge number of amenities at the hotel, no bar or evening restaurant, but this is as outlined in the hotel listing.

The hotel was fantastic - the staff are the absolute best. Helpful happy kind. willing to help with any arrangements - they pick amazing local restaurants. We will be back!

The word boutique gets used very freely with hotels with few really living up to the title. The Glu is really a boutique hotel. The staff is amazing knowing you by name from day one and doing everything possible to make your stay great. From helping with transportation to restaurants; amazing service. The room was very spacious with nice amenities and great daily service. Breakfast was made to order fresh with a nice variety of pastries and protein. The location is also great walkable to many restaurants, bars and shops. You feel like you're in a neighborhood rather than just another big city. I will definitely stay here again if I'm ever back in Buenos Aires.

The Glu Hotel - what can i say. every second of the stay there was an excellent experience. Loved the hotel, the room, the terrace, the service... the most outstanding aspect is - the team! They are so supportive and warm people such that i blamed myself not having extra days to be there and enjoy more of all the above things. Superb!

Great staff, very kind, helpful and well informed. Good room, spacious, clean and comfortable. Good breakfast, and you can ask to have it served in the room. Excellent location, near a lot of restaurants, cafes and bars (we recommend Ispica cafe and La Favorita bar).

Everytime we showered the bathroom got very wet, because there's no shower door, only a glass wall that goes halfway. And the TV is an old model, that doesn't connect with cellphones and tablets.

Friendly and always ready to help staff. the glam suite is excellent in size.

Extra room services for an additional price could be added to make the experience more comfortable. Food and drinks for an example.

Had a wonderful stay during our trip. All the staff were very helpful whenever I needed help with something (taxi, advice on what to do/see, exchanging money, set up COVID testing, etc). Nice, clean, quiet boutique hotel where the staff knows you by name and within walking distance to many restaurants, bars, activities. The beds were comfortable too (my husband's very picky and didn't have any problems getting a good night sleep). We would stay here again:)

Breakfast exceeded our expectations. Everyone was super nice and helpful. Carolina is great. Always smiling and ready to help us. Rooms are spacious and very comfortable. Great location for exploring Palermo and if you fly in and out Aeroparque.

Hotel needs to update its website as it is no longer giving complimentary water and coffee.

The staff is extremely kind and reliable. The team was always available to answer our questions or greet us. It was really much appreciated. Also, the room was very comfortable. Special kudos for the breakfast, it was delicious (best medialunas ever) and the service was great! The location is also perfect, you are literally in the heart of Palermo, so you have everything you need walking distance.
