All of the staff were amazing and very helpful. We were given a map by a lovely lady on reception, which was invaluable in helping us to find the best restaurants in the area. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff.

Nothing, we enjoyed everything about the Hotel.

The room was comfortable and clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful. They accommodated our request for a quiet room at the back of the hotel. Breakfast was good, although no hot options.

Room was small, but fine for a short stay. We stayed during a colder period, and there was no heat turned on in the building yet, so we had to heat the room by cranking up the heated towel rack in the bathroom! We thought the hotel was a little closer to the old town area, which is why we would likely not stay again.

Close to the centre of Bordeaux- only a short walk to all the sights. Our room had a huge balcony and was very comfortable. The staff were very helpful and breakfast was very good, with a big range of options available. There is a beautiful public garden nearby.

The staff at Reception were exceptional. Isabelle was so helpful with recommendations and advice. The terrace of the third floor bedroom was huge and had great views. Location was great - only a few mins from the Jardin Publique and an easy walk to most of the sights.

The location, fit out and large room was fabulous . Being a small hotel, with only 15 rooms, it was peaceful and suited our needs.

We would have appreciated some wine glasses in the room, as wine is a major attraction of the area. We also had a slight issue with the air-conditioning, but the staff did their best to sort it and provided a fan.

Lovely hotel, a walk from the main city centre but a nice walk in. The courtyard is lovely, we had a cheeseboard and wine out one afternoon which was a highlight of our stay. We were also upgraded to a larger room, so it was great!

Breakfast was good and ok but because everything else is to the top you would expect a bit more. For example home made bakery was good, coffee and fresh juices as well but the ham section could have been a bit less standard , but overall good

The room and shower area is spacious . The location is convenient and walkable to see the sights. The neighborhood is very quiet and we felt safe walking even late at night.The staff were very friendly and helpful.The check in process was very thorough and explained veryntrol well.They even helped us bring the luggage in our room and explained how the controls in the room works.

The bed is NOT the most comfortable ... way too soft especially for someone with back issues.

Wonderful hotel with a beautiful garden where you could sit and have a coffee or a drink. The staff were super friendly and very helpful, I couldn’t turn on the tap of the shower we rang reception and they came over straightaway to show us how. It was about 15 minute walk to the centre of the old town in about 5 minutes to the nearest tram station. Our room was large and very nice.

The only issue I found was that the shower, although it was beautiful and large, water used to run out so you need to put towels around the end so the water doesn’t go out into the room

Candie at reception was extremely helpful and friendly. She made excellent dinner reservations for us and helped us locate our parking space. She truly made staying at this hotel a joy!

There were not a lot of restaurant options close by. It was a 15+ minute walk to the center of town.

We stayed in the room with a terrace overlooking the old town. Enjoyed wine and cheese board in the evening breeze.

The bathroom is quite new and clean, but you have to go around the whole bedroom to wash hands.

Great boutique hotel close to the City Centre

Very nice rooms and shady outdoor patio off the lobby made it a very pleasant place to spend time. Very attentive staff.

Location was just a little bit remote from the river. This was offset by the proximity of the hotel to Roman ruins and to the Jardim. We enjoy walking and it was close enough to attractions that this was a minor inconvenience.

Excellent hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. They took extra steps to book me a SOS doctor and a taxi to get there. Always helpful. The room was very clean and air condition worked very well. Tram goes close next to a supermarket.

I liked almost all of it. It would be helpful if they fixed the lock for the door to the room. Hooks in the bathroom would also be useful.

Breakfast was amazing, & most enjoyable! Starting with juices , teas & coffees Loved the yogurt, fruit, nuts & seeds etc & then the salmon , advocado & cheese. Lastly but not least the fabulous choice of bread’s & croissants! They’re was lots of other lovely choices too but these were my favourites. Overall breakfast was a lovely experience & the staff were so friendly & helpful !! 😊

The location is excellent. Staff are very welcoming and helpful. Rooms are clean and comfortable and bathroom is spotless and has all you need and a few extras. Tea and coffee great in the room, some milk would be wonderful. Breakfast is good, be sure to ask if you want something, staff happy to oblige. For an Irish person, tea could be hotter. I would definitely recommend and would stay again if back in Bordeaux.

The staff is exceptionally warm and helpful. The garden area is pleasant and a welcome place for a glass of wine in the evening.

The location, courtyard of the hotel, and breakfast were excellent. Room was quite comfortable, except the bathroom was around the corner from toilette. You had to use the bathroom, then cross the room in order to wash your hands.

There was not much place for clothing - there were 3-4 hangers in a very narrow space, and only one shelf above the coffeemaker, that was not really suitable to place folded clothing.
