Best room for fireworks view on NYE. I also like there were mirrors everywhere

The curtain was too thin it was way too bright early in the morning

The property is very nice and clean.Location is excellent. Restaurant Barson at lobby serves amazing cocktails, great place to Chill.

Excellent hotel, with wonderful view of the bridge by the pool and the restaurant. Room comfort you expect at Marriot's, with high quality furniture, shower and bath behind the glass wall. Great breakfast and restaurant with buffet or menu a la carte. Gym very clean and well arranged as well.

I tried to book the SPA during my last day but unfortunately it was full without any option till next day. Services were also limited to massage and despite of the list beauty treatments were said to be unavailable by the attendant who was also poor in english and in explanations unfortunately, but the hotel staff impressed me anyway, really great.

the bar and the spa were closed and it was a big off for me!

The location was good. The gym had a good view with good equipment.

The staff were rude, on arrival they tried to not let me see the deposit amount prior to me putting my PIN code in, and when asked it was almost £150 over what they had originally told me. Despite being on the 15th floor it was so loud!

Good location, clean and the breakfast was a good deal

Not their fault, but the people staying at the hotel were rude and pushy. The price per night was way out of line for the value.

if its a public holiday one can view awesome fireworks from rooms with riverview.

service level is poor especially concierge. housekeeping is dirty too.

Location was good, in front of the river.

1) We had booked a river view room and while checking-in, were told that the room is under construction and we are being 'upgraded' to a room without river view. 2) Room was quite dirty - lot of dirt and rubbish behind the sofa. 3) Power went off for few minutes and then throughout the rest of the evening and night, wi-fi was not available, 4) We had club lounge access but could not use it, since my 7 year old child was not allowed to access club lounge between 5:30pm to 8:00pm (weird rule, haven't seen this restriction in other hotels which has club lounge access).

I don't like at all

Morning 2am emergency called aram and all staff not understanding what happened. ..until I walk staircase from exit door to G floor, security unable to know what happened, and reception counter just gave me a word, I am sorry.. Some one pressed wrongly... This is morning 2am... Whole night I can't sleep till early morning
