Casa de Campo is one of those places you feel like everything works well. I go at least once a year, because of golf. This time I didn't play golf and I enjoyed visiting family.

Absolutely gorgeous and surreal place. The resort is a city on its own and they’ll give you a small golf cart to go around. rooms are very wide and comfortable and you have hundreds of different activities to choose. definitely worth a visit on its own!

wonderful resort

there is no sound proofing at the "casita". you hear everything from your neighbor, as if he is in the same room. beds are very soft.

We stayed here with my husband for two days. The Casa de Campo area is great. There is nice beach. We loved the Marina area and the restaurants there. Altis de Chavon is a 10-15 min ride on a car or golf cart and we spent half a day strolling there.

There is construction in front of the hotel and it’s noisy during the day. The internet is not good, which was surprising for such property.

Exceptional service from the driver at the airport to the hotel to the check-in staff to the maid service to the restaurant service to the level of detail, I could go on and on! Perfection at its finest!

Lacked consistency they should treat clients spending high volume on a much better level. There is a lack of communication among their staff. Staff should be retrained. if you plan to stay here get confirmation and visuals of what it is that they are promising because you will be disappointed if you do not. I would recommend staying in Punta Cana if you are looking for excellent and consistent service.

Firstly, we stood at the reception for 3 hours to get our room booked.since they were not prepared for our settlement. Secondly, the rooms were cleaned at 6 pm, when we came to rest in the room.And it wasn't comfortable

Big and comfortable rooms. The staff within the reception and the rooms/cleaning was very nice.

The facilities were a bit old. The beach was not that nice, many of the chairs there broken and dirty, and the staff there seemed pissed off.

After I wrote the truth about the hotel in the previous reviews, that they do not return the deposit, they do not let me into the room. Registration in Booking takes place and the hotel says that there are no rooms, although registration takes place when booking!!!! Terrible hotel!!! They steal the deposit, and if you tell the truth about them in the reviews, they won't let you into the room! They should be judged!!!!! Respond, Good lawyers ;) Uche was not allowed four times!!! There is a documentary confirmation of my words! And in the last two months I have been staying in this hotel for about a month. I rented rooms more than ten times for several nights!!! Draw conclusions!!! I am a local resident, but imagine what attitude to those who rarely come to them)))
