The staff was friendly, they were always willing to assist, and the restaurants weren’t overly expensive.
Would have preferred the 28% be included in the prices on the menus. The room we stayed in wasn’t equipped with enough silverware, but we managed.

Overall good stay, front desk staff is excellent. The room feel like it needs a little renovation. Feels old, I’ve been here before in 2017. The breakfast staff is a little slow.

The staff were all amazing! Beautiful room and delicious breakfast. We will be regular customers.
We booked a whale tour through the hotel - the boat and amount of people on the boat was not as we were told. It was not a good value compared to other tour offers. We were very disappointed.

At The hotel is beautiful on the marina. Every detail in the hotel was great. Great customer care. Great staff. The restaurants were really nice. Great food. Nice swimming pool had a lot of different facilities. Had a great gym. Bar. And loved the sitting area in the lobby. Try to get an ocean front suite great views.
If bars could be open a little later would be nice. Everything else is perfect.
