Exceeds every expectation
First of all the beauty of the property captured you immediately, but then the attentiveness of each of the staff members whether you’re passing them in the elevator or when you’re greeted upon arrival they set such a high bar that makes you feel so special and welcomed. I didn’t pass anyone who did not speak or have a conversation or hold the door open etc. I have told everyone so they can enjoy this amazing experience themselves

A stay at the Pfister is always enjoyable!!!!
Beautiful hotel! Staff were friendly and accommodating, they really made you feel special and went out of their way to ensure that you were taken care of! The rooms were clean, super comfortable, and so quiet! I absolutely love The Pfister Hotel and will definitely stay there again! My sister and niece were also very impressed and enjoyed their stay! We are hoping to book a longer stay next time so we can utilize some of the spa services!!

Comfortable beautiful old hotel building
The art, the location, the atmosphere, the employees, the room, the comfortable bed.
The bathroom door didn’t shut, the nightstands were warped, no wi-fi, no refrigerator, the “lake view” of a roof.

Beautiful hotel in heart of Milwaukee!
Beautiful, historic hotel in a wonderful location. Front desk was a little flustered at check in, but Paul was great.
Vivienne at night at desk was also great.
Positives: clean, classic with lots of options for amenities. Beautifully appointed rooms, love the shower and pillows.
Nice pool, no one there which made it great.
Blu on the 23rd had a beautiful view. Drinks were ok, view made up for it.
Not so great but didn’t take away from the experience.
Duvet was stained, mattress was humped in middle.

Will return again. Welcoming atmosphere, lobby felt like walking through a portal to another time.
Beautiful hotel and room, staff were all very friendly. Overall atmosphere was better than any other hotel experience I have had. I also appreciated the book about some of the hotel’s history. When we return to Milwaukee we would love to stay here again.
Paying for parking in the hotels parking garage as a hotel guest. The garage on site was a convenience though.
More on our part, I wish we would have taken the time to see more of the hotel.

The most beautiful hotel stay in Milwaukee
The staff was more then helpful. I forgot some items and the staff went above and beyond to find the items for me. The room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast in the Cafe was wonderful. The massage at the spa was out of this world. Definitely recommend checking the spa out. I will definitely stay at this hotel again. Very beautiful and full of rich history.
There was not one thing I did not like.

We got a room with a brick wall for a view. I asked for a room away from the elevators and my room was right next to them. Some of the staff was exceptional, others pretty rude.

The lobby is jaw droppingly gorgeous.
Elegant historical hotel in downtown with friendly staff. Beautiful views of the lake and skyline. A very special stay.
