The location.

The blinds that have been cleaner in the room.

Location was excellent. Parking was excellent. Had a nice time sitting by the pool.

Limited maid service - had to ask for clean towels and toilet paper. The bathtub did not have a mat - slippery older designed tub - may want to consider a mat or something to prevent potential falls for the future.

Love the location & staff! Great property. Because of the layout of the hotel, it felt like we were the only people staying there (we weren’t). The layout is amazing, and we’ll definitely be back!

Our room - a concrete block. Much better rooms were there but not allocated to us.

The location couldnt have been better. Walking distance to so many shops and restaurants. I liked the door separating the sleeping area from the bathroom. There were numerous outlets for charging devices. Despite the convenience and our Austin son’s strong encouragement that we stay at the San Jose, next time we’ll stay elsewhere with amenities commonly found in other hotels.

For the price we paid, I expected a microwave and coffee maker. The room was very small and the bathroom didnt have a counter surrounding the lavatory to put things—-cosmetics, etc., and that was inconvenient. We could’ve parked on the street for no charge but didnt know that and paid $30/day to park in your lot which elevated the already pricey accommodations.

Good spot locally - only issue I had was that there was no ability to make a coffee or a tea in the room and no were provided on the premises. Would of been nice to have a coffee tray available until 10:00 - 11:00 I traveled for business and in between calls if I wanted a coffee I would have to go line up next door (a 15-20 min effort)

overpriced for the design/comfort noisy would expect some amenities at this price common areas in concrete and gravel are cool/quaint, but not worth this price!

The AC in the room was VERY noisy! We had to turn it off overnight to be able to sleep (not nice in the heat of Texas summer)

Always great quality and comfort. Perfect location, staff is super friendly and efficient.

Due to Music festival in town, that I was unaware of, and we were not able to utilize the patio and pool due to crowding.

walk to the bungalows is just a dirt track. tried wheeling our case but it clogged up with dirt. floors are concrete so dirt just dragged in there. concrete floor looks cool but very cold & nothing provided in the room for feet when walking around. no coffee making facility in room. u can walk through the dirt to reception in the morning to get coffee but it was freezing outside. this would all be good at $150 per night but at $350 we expected quality along with hippy chic!

a lot of money for a small room. no closet space, no shelf space in bathroom. very uncomfortable chairs to sit in. not cozy or comfortable at all.

The pool was frozen. They supposedly have a heater for the but was not working any of the 4 days I stay. Also, the bed sheets were dirty. 😲
