Location and staff were phenomenal!

First room we got had dirty sheets (on a made bed), next room they moved us to was ok but yhe hotel is older and it shows... carpets are worn and nothing seems super clean.

The location is outstanding, with direct view on the Independence Hall. The interiors of the hotel are unique, truly a work of art.The staff is very kind and competent.

Breakfast was slow and while formally included, it was in reality menu-based with an allowance which in our case did not cover for a standard breakfast. The valet service, though quite expensive, ends at 3pm regardless of the entrance time the day before, obliging you to rush back to the hotel if you were touring the city.

We had a great big bathtub and it was wonderful. Loved the cute dog lamp. Very nice hotel

Something small that I’m not sure really matters, some wallpaper looked like maybe it’s peeling off the wall. It could just be the glue isn’t holding it. Some people might find it off putting. The room seemed to be clean and good anyway

Room was so quite. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom was lovely and private. Loved the door. Lots of use of space wisely. Excellent design. Smart lighting and Excellent heat/cooling .

One woman at the front desk told us hot tea wasn't available and we had to buy it at the restaurant. My husband went down later and lovely staff provided an electric kettle. We always bring tea bags. The room was dirty with dust and the floor was messy. When we asked to have it vacuumed the same first woman told us we had to ask for this and it was not included. The room was never dusted and my husband has allergies. The valet staff we amazing. All of them.

Very stylish. Loved the complimentary happy hour. Loved the coffee downstairs.

My room phone didn't work so I couldn't call down to the front desk. I didn't have a DO NOT DISTURB hanging tag in m room.

Wasn’t about the property it was the missed lead from booking about a room with a tub, that was what I booked and I got a shower. Booking site miscommunication.

The room although small was most comfortable. The bed very comfortable. There could have been more lighting in the room.

TV should be a smart tv so guest can stream from their phone. Hotel offers conserve housekeeping; hence more towel bars or hooks to hang wet towels would be a good idea

Good location for visiting Old Town… We were there for a wedding which was held in the rooftop terrace.

Check in was very straightforward—no welcome words—no offer of assistance for the wedding event that we were attending. No view of the city from the rooftop terrace was disappointing. Our bathroom was not very clean (hair from previous occupants was on the floor) and the bathtub would not drain properly—standing water after shower was gross. Rust stains on glass shades in bathroom were unsightly and wouldn’t take much to clean with a Mr clean sponge. The bedside table was smudgy and SO MUCH DUST behind when I attempted to plug in my charger! Disgusting for over $600 per night. My gown was FILTHY along the hem from walking around the terrace. Absolutely ruined a very expensive gown.

I liked the closeness to all the attractions.

When we checked in, the staff was rude and acted as if they didn't want to help us. The room was nice but the carpet was dirty.

Location is perfect. Easy to get around. The decors are funky. Basically everything that has been said by others stands.

The staff can be a bit cheeky but overall helpful.

Coffee only in the lobby, not in rooms, but it was better than what small coffee makers in room generaly make.

Great experience. Sheina greeted me with extreme warmth, gave me the layout, went over the hotel amenities/guest perks. Room was clean and modern. Sheina made check out fast and easy, extremely polite and customer focused. All staff were friendly and helpful from the valets to the restaurant staff! Five stars!

Colder refrigerator in the room.

The staff was wonderful and accommodating. The location was great, near what we were interested in doing —visiting museums, and a couple of blocks from Rittenhouse Square where there were good restaurants for lunch and dinner and a wonderful bakery for breakfast.

The public space was minute resulting in people sitting on top of each other for the free coffee in the morning. The decor of the hotel was generic, lacking in personality or character, and the room itself was small. The room rate made me expect a bit more.

The staff were really friendly and helpful!! The car service were excellent, we don’t have to take care of anything.

Slow elevators. Rooftop decor vibe was eh. Chrome on light fixtures in bathroom and tissue box were rust pitted. Need to update options for charging devices. One more thing: we ordered a charcuterie board for late afternoon snack featuring nuts and fruit. It had exactly half a strawberry and one nut!

The room was lovely and had everything we needed. It was lovely and clean and decor was excellent. The staff at the main entrance fabulous. Thank you for sorting the car.

The breakfast, if at all in your details it mentioned a €50 dollar voucher for breakfast we did not c this & it was extremely embarrassing when we were not given the voucher & had to request from reception which did not cover x2 tea, omelette with bacon bits, fruit, 1x croissant this cost a total if €88.

The position is great. The room is very nice. Nice and easy check-in and check-out. Dinner at the hotel restaurant was great.

Breakfast at the restaurant is not recommended. It says it is included, but you end up paying a fortune even if it is supposed to be included. Our waiter was also very rude and with zero customer service skills. Luckily, the manager was kind enough to resolve the dispute, and we are thankful for that.

Location, funky fun decor, easy check in and attached restaurant. Check out at 12pm is a plus.

Amenities in the room have been moved downstairs e.g. mini bar and coffee. Please put coffee and coffee maker back in the rooms. Valet services can’t drive manual transmissions, parking is not onsite but down the block in separate garage.

Great location, friendly employees. We had a great breakfast, but it would have been nice if it had been complimentary, also the parking was very expensive.

One of the best locations you could stay at when visiting Philadelphia; right across the street from the Liberty Bell, Independence Hall and around the corner from the Jewish Museum. Service was lovely as was valet. My room was large and the bathroom just perfect; big and well stocked with shampoo, conditioner, etc. And I loved that the hotel was dog friendly. I don't have a dog but love to see them at hotels where I'm staying!

A bit of an expensive stay and considering the price I found carpeting and walls in the hallway in need of rehabbing; carpet in the elevator and hallways was worn away in many places and there were some visible stains. It's almost as if it needed a refresh!

Hotel needs some TLC. Felt untouched since 1970. TV had to be replaced. Carpets need major steam cleaning. Sink bowl was broken and cracked .

The rooms were charming and in such a great location. Just steps to the Liberty Bell and Independence Hall. A lot of great restaurants around, too.

The bed was a bit uncomfortable and the room got warm overnight but I was staying there in the middle of a heatwave. Otherwise, it was a great hotel!

We love the location, right in the center of the historical area and easy to walk to various neighborhoods. The bed is comfortable. Love the room decoration and the excellent services from all the staff. I love the lounge area in the lobby.

I would have appreciated tea/coffee (kettle, tea bags, instant coffee options) in the room without having to request them myself. We forgot to put the Do Not Disturb sign on the outside of the door and was surprised that the cleaner knocked at the door three times in the morning when check out was at noon.

Bathroom toilet wasn’t clean properly, and soiled towel left. I notified the front desk and they placed a $25 red owl Café credit on our account which was nice, but overall it was amazing. Stay so no further issues there.

Our room was quiet and beds were comfortable. The coffee/tea bar in the morning was fantastic.

Minor cleaning issues. The lights in the bathroom have a thick layer of dust on the bottom. The magnifying glass on the wall magnifies the dust, which made it more noticeable. The 9th floor carpet outside of the elevators and down the halls needs cleaning. The SW elevator needs servicing. It doesn’t ride as smoothly as the others.

Amazing location! And nice heritage/well furnished. Staff were very helpful. Happy Hour 5-6pm is a nice touch too.

The blinds let in way to much light. The staff was nice but sometimes they made you feel like you were a bother to them. Like they had better things to do instead of helping you.
