The design of the resort is Japanese minimalism and feng shui all over the facility: amazing villas and exceptional Balinese hospitality. Loved the food especially in the Indonesian restaurant. Strongly recommended.

Nothing at all.

Breakfast and drinks from the bar were exceptional. While it was not common to see kids, the staff were so warm and welcoming to my 15 month old daughter.

Accessing the beach was tricky to access as no cable cart yet. 700 stairs! Wish there were more than the 2 restaurants to try more things.

The look of the hotel and design is 10/10

The interior design is by far the best villa that I experienced.
The staff are friendly, even the buggy drivers are knowledgeable.

It is my second time booking at this property through booking.com also. Everything is good. Service is fast. Breakfast food is good and the view is amazing. That is why I went back to this hotel second time as I enjoyed my first visit years ago.

I was charged 100 USD + tax for losing the key of the main door. It is a physical key not a digital electronic card. I’m on vacation and I tend to maximize my holiday by focusing on activities. I just hope they can upgrade there door in the future as it is a major inconvenient to guest to have to think about a physical key of the main door especially when they are in a hurry. All modern major hotels have electronic door lock.

One of my favorite places on this planet. Views are breathtaking and service is incredible. Absolutely love it! A piece of heaven.

Everything and everyone

My stay at the hotel was extremely poor. The noise from the animals was constant and kept me from sleeping.

Also, there is the sound of the fountain water behind the bed which makes it difficult for a person to sleep, and there are many mosquitoes and insects inside the villa. Monkeys are everywhere, and the place is not safe.

Everything about this place was amazing! The property, the meals, and the team were outstanding—completely flawless. Highly impressed!

The property is beautiful and very nice! The pool is over looking the water from the cliff and you can see endless ocean. The staff is sooooo wonderful! The daily yoga class in the morning was incredible and the instructor Wartha was great! we enjoyed the archery class as well!

Everything was great! i’d say there isn’t anything walking distance to it! so you have to get a taxi if you wanna explore.

Hotel is wonderful. Decor and architecture are fantastic. The common areas are beautiful. The pool with the infinity feature is lovely. Staff are very responsive and available 24/7 on WhatsApp. Room was large and comfortable with lovely private pool and resting areas.

Very little to complain about. Not a negative but the location isn’t that near anything. We rented a moped to get around - only slight criticism is that we couldn’t do that through the hotel but we found someone via internet who dropped the moped off to us and picked it up.

The room is cozy. The food is amazing. I love their menu of authentic Indonesian food, worthy to try!
I love their private beach just can’t forget the first time I visited it was like fairyland. But sadly now many plastics on beach and rocks… have no word to express my grief. Love their frangipani welcome drink!

1. Compared to the first time I stayed here 9 years ago, now it is degraded to the service.
2. The party next door is noisy at midnight, long time ago it was tranquil.
3. The staffs pushed me and took away the plates just when I was finishing my dinner. Feel strange about such a rush.
4. The checking in processes weren’t smoothly I feel the staff couldn’t communicate well.
5. Some of the guests are quite loud and the live music sucks, unpleasant for ears.

Service was the very best!

The view is amazing very clean property and relaxing hotel. All of the staff are helpful and friendly the breakfast is so good as well love everything🫶🏻

Apart from the gym and spa nothing much to do needs to have more facilities

It is a little pricy specially when we are members and extended the trip to an extra 2 more nights. There are newer resorts with similar room sizes but cheaper rates. Happy to pay, i think that members should be looked after more.

We like the design and the location. The staff was very nice.

Maybe an italian restaurant for future, or some european food in case if we'll travel with the kids and they don't eat spicy food.

Excellent reception - beautiful villa with pool - very peaceful. Staff were amazing and helpful in every aspect. Great location on a cliff top and design of hotel is outstanding.
