Great location, posto 5 copacabana, within walking distance from Ipanema and stores in Rua Visconde de Pirajá. Helpful staff. Clean and modern rooms and bathrooms. Excellent buffet breakfast. Good restaurant for a lunch or dinner. Small pool but good sauna.

The location, the staff, the room all were great.

The restaurant downstairs was just ok and expensive for what you got. We went there for dinner and breakfast. At breakfast, the things in the warming dishes were all cold! Scrambled eggs are not nice when they are cold.

It can get really busy by the pool and the sun beds are really squashed together. One of the days our room didn't get cleaned till 3pm.

Perfect beachfront location for exploring Copacabana and Ipanema on foot. Excellent staff. Great breakfast. Paying extra to have the ocean view was well worth it. But if you'd rather not - you get the same incredible views from the roof top bar and pool.

The Miramar by Windsor Copacabana Is a luxury hotel, although very good value. The staff are obviously highly trained and are very attentive to the needs of the guests. The rooms are very comfortable, and we enjoyed our ocean view. The restaurant was exceptional and we enjoyed two delicious dinners there as well as our breakfasts. The rooftop bar and pool area was ideal to relax in the evening, with a wonderful view of the whole of Copacabana Beach. A highly recommended hotel! I would definitely stay there again.

We came to Miramar by Windsor for a New Year celebration to watch the fireworks, which was excellent. The location could not be better. We had a spacious room on the 15th floor with a wonderful ocean view, and the fireworks were right before our window. It was an unforgettable experience The hotel was immaculately clean and the service was top-notch. The breakfast was amazing with fresh bread, fruits, eggs, and much more. We had a great time! Thanks for everything!

The staff were very friendly. Whenever we left to go in the taxi, they would open the taxi door for us and shelter us with an umbrella if it was raining. They offered ponchos for when it rained and offered general tourist advice. Welcomed with drinks and bright smiles. They did their best to help out my cousin who was having issues with her SIM card. Good location in copacabana. Right by the beach. Definitely recommend this hotel!

Hotel Location (right on the beach and near restaurants) and super friendly/helpful staff

The room to temporarily store luggage are too small. They could not accommodate our luggage. The hotel also charges for coffee that is kept in the room, which I don’t think is reasonable given what the hotel charges for the room rate.

The hotel staff was incredible but the only exception was my check-in. He pointed out my booking was vi booking.com and proceeded to give me the worst room in the category (floor 1)….I asked if there was something else available and he said no. I went to the room nd there was hardly n ocean view. I checked on their website nd there were other rooms available in the category. I had to call front desk and complain, and they shifted me to another room on floor 5 which was good. Besides this , everything else was great. They even opened the restaurant for me at 5am on the day of my departure so I could eat breakfast…this was unexpected and incredible

I enjoyed just one night at this beautiful hotel, and was very sad to leave! Staff were very welcoming and helpful and I was very grateful to be allowed to check in a little early. I had a beautiful room on the 12th floor with the most fantastic view of Copacabana. The bed was very comfortable and hotel was overall quiet and peaceful. I thoroughly enjoyed the extensive breakfast. I didn't require any extra information on tours and activities in Rio, but this was readily available. I travelled to the airport a number of hours after checkout, and the lobby was a lovely place to relax while waiting to leave.

I didn't allow myself enough time to enjoy the beautiful pool and rooftop terrace. I look forward to returning someday. Thank you!

This was an amazing vacation hotel. The location is right next to the beach. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, clean and quiet. The breakfast is top notch and the staff are very plentiful and helpful.

Loved the view of the beach and Sugarloaf mountain from my room. The hotel is very nicely located for the beach - they even provided towels and beach chairs. It was very easy to get to all the attractions and nearby restaurants.

Fitness facility was cramped and limited. Ocean view on 2nd floor not impressive Could not accommodate early check in or provide adequate facility for me to clean up before business meetings. Hotels in Ipanema have been much more accommodating. Stayed for 5 nights

Staff went out of their way to make us welcome and comfortable. Door staff, check in, restaurant, bar, room service, cleaners - were all professional, courteous and friendly. Thank you! Great breakfast, good location. Pool deck has a great view too!
