Very friendly staff and safe access to rooms.

the location is excellent — very easy to reach the central areas of Paris with just one bus or metro/train ride. The rooftop is beautiful and has a great vibe, the reception is open 24h and the staff were friendly. The bathroom was clean, the room was spotless, and it even had air conditioning, which made the stay much more comfortable.

I made a small mistake when booking, as I didn’t notice there was no guest kitchen available. At check-in I asked the receptionist where the kitchen was, and she told me something like “upstairs/rooftop,” so I thought there was one. I left my things in the room, went to the supermarket and bought food that needed to be cooked. When I came back, I couldn’t find the kitchen anywhere. I asked again at reception, and then another staff member told me there was actually no kitchen for guests. That was a bit frustrating, because I ended up with food I couldn’t cook. I asked if at least I could store two small items (hamburger patties) in their fridge just until checkout, but they said no. I even asked if they could heat them quickly in the microwave, but was told it’s only for their paid restaurant use. It wasn’t a big deal, but it felt a bit inflexible, especially since the confusion started with their own staff giving me the wrong information.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. It is a great place to meet new people.

The rooms were a bit small and it was difficult to open my suitcase.

Unexpectedly very comfortable stay. Was afraid when recognized that it is a hostel, but turned very good and nice. We had a small double room at the top floor with access to common terrace providing good view and absolutely not noisy at evening and night. The room was small, but comfortable enough and who cares about the room size visiting Paris :) Coffee maker and kettle were provided and AC allowed to be comfortable during quite hot weather. Communication and check-in were simple and quick. The location is convenient being not far from Gare du Nord and close metro stations.

Nice staff, speaks decent english. Beds are big and comfortable. Private wall outlet next to your bed is great. Location is on small walking distance from the metro.

The lockers in the room are very loud. Even when not in use, when someone turned around in their bed the locker door makes a lot of noise what was very frustrating. The mans badroom also had a stinky smell

- bathroom (outside the room, not clear when booking) had cleanliness issues, and it was the first hostel I have been to that did not have any shampoo or body wash (not even for sale) - ambiance a bit lacking, with very few social events (once every 3-4 days) - breakfast quality (and its ratio to price) could be improved: the big breakfast option (10 eur) did not even have any eggs or other hot items, and the small option (5 eur) came with rather stale pastries and only americano as the coffee choice. I had a much better experience with for a bit over 4 eur at a boulangerie nearby.

I arrived at midnight and found open bars and people around making it safe to walk alone. The hostel was clean, and my bed and pillow were super comfortable. I walked around the area in the morning, especially towards Pyrenees station and it's lovely.

After check out a person from their staff asked me to leave it was raining outside very rude in my opinion

Very clean and the staff was very helpful and nice. Easy check in and check out process. The location was very good as there is a nearby metro station, so even far away destinations were not so hard to reach.

The first night there was some loud roommates, but the other nights were just fine.

Everything was clean , staff were nice. Would recommend !

Missing many amenities that are usually standard in a hostel (free bag storage, kitchen, laundry). Bed was very uncomfortable.

only one disappointment.i booked the superior dorm for 2 nights on the top floor for its space and extras but didnt get it! turned up on the day and room had been given to someone else despite my booking confirmation . Ended up accepting 1st floor dark 8 bed dorm out of desperation which was a big let down and then asked to move to different 4 bed dorm on 2nd night due to loudest snorer I have ever heard (which is why i wanted the superior in the first place) staff was apologetic and at least they gave me free breakfast (and padlock) hostel and people were nice and was a comfortable place for 2 nights but bit let down by the booking error

Comfy, private beds with curtains. Good vibes. Quality bathroom outside of rooms which is good for silence. Well located and breakkie was nice. Staff are friendly and keen to help

Pleasant service, clean room and bathroom. Despite concerts being played on the ground floor in the bar part, instrument noise was inaudible. Four people per room is a perfect balance between high comfort and affordable pricing.

Towels are not included in the base price. The bigger problem is the lack of air conditioning in beds themselves. There was a vent by my bed, but the air didn't flow, which made it hard for me to fall asleep and it was stuffy. Only when I unfolded the cover did I catch some fresh air.

Modern clean place with all amenities. There is a locker underneath your bed that you can roll a small size suitcase into and curtains around each bunk so you have your privacy and a few other thoughtful additions that add to convenience. Close to the metro so you can get around easily.

- Lounge is very well Set up - really Cool Outside Seating area -The climate machine in the room cools down efficiently when setup at highest level (6) -Mega Helpful Reception staff, helped me to find suspects of a theft of my Tablet in the Lobby right away, they did everything possible, great People!

-Lounge Area could use some chairs in reserve to seat more people - One of the Showers at the second floor had a slightly odd smell

The staff were all lovely people, and the rooms were clean and comfortable for a 4 person dorm.

Cleaner restrooms and room 105 you could hear the door slamming every time someone went to the toliet.

The vibes of the hotel is really good fo chillin.

The common toilet is only one. And its really uncomfortable. Toilet does is smelly. I belive the smell sits for long time it is not only during the time i use it.

Comfortable hostel, walkable to Canal Saint-Martin, with comfortable/solidly built bunks-- no shaking/wobbling when people move around! Plenty of storage in the under-bed lockers.

Elevator was often a long wait, and the styling was less aesthetic/more utilitarian than it looked in pictures (some of the decor and linens and things don't match photos) but comfortable overall. Remember to bring your own lock, towel, and shower shoes-- they sell/rent those things but at a steep markup.

Good location, cleaned and warm

Dorm rooms were tidy, comfy bed, clean linen. Well equipped bunks with plugs, curtain, lamp, locker. Shared bathrooms were clean and functional.

Staff could’ve been more welcoming with general info on arrival.

The place was very clean, nice location close to bars and caffes I loved that there were heavy curtains for each bed, made it feel more private (as possible) in a room with many people

Different than it feels in the picture, the first floor is a bar (not cheap one either), so it doesn't feel very friendly, if that's something you're looking for I just came for one night so that wasn't a problem at all, but if I would've come for longer it would be nice having a place to chill

Near to metro and bus station, a lot of food restaurants and supermarkets near to the hostel. About 25 min by metro to reach to champs elysees.

Pillows is very bad and uncomfortable at all, there’s no mirror in the room which something very annoying you should walk to the bathroom each time to comb your hair for example.

Good location close to a metro station. Friendly and helpful staff. Thanks to the curtains on the beds, there was a lot of privacy in our four-bed room.

To have a room on the topfloor with the breathtaking views is unbeatable! Nice and friendly international staff and fairly good breakfast . I was lucky with my 3 roommates zo lovely stay

this place is fantastic and the staff was nice and helpful. it was an overall great experience and I would definitely come back here if I ever need to find a place to stay next time I visit the city.

The bed I had was a bit creaky, which did not really impact me on the spot but I'm not a fan of disturbing other people's sleep so it was awkward to move around and try not to make any noise.

They were kind to consider the request that I had made at the time of reservation. Room, bed, locker and bathroom were clean. Breakfast was okay.

I came in an extremely rainy February day, so I'd really appreciate more coat hangers in a 6-bed room. I couldn't find a place for a soaked coat :-( . This is minor, though. But easy to fix

I enjoyed the atmosphere inside, everything is made to make people feel comfortable and happy. There are night activities such as karaoke or DJ set. The breakfast is not as big as in a hotel but is nice. The location is a bit far from the center but still in a good position. From the terrace you can enjoy a 360°view of the city. If there is the sun you are able to see the Eiffel tower and The Basilique of Montmartre

The rooftop has a great view. You can see the Eiffel Tower and Montmartre. The hostel has a great vibe and is a short distance to the centre. Management were extremely helpful to ensure we got the most out of our stay.

You need to look around in the AREA because there are poor people living in the streets. If you are coming from a night out a little DRUNK watch out!!

Poor breakfast. Comfy enough mattress and privacy curtains. Room lockers are adequate for small luggage. Interesting location with alternative vibe cafe and restaurant options and a great view of Paris from the nearby park. Metro a block away.

Breakfast was mediocre at best. Unimaginative, super basic, very weak coffee. Unfortunately, for early risers before 7 o’clock coffee is not available although brewed for staff coming in for their shift.🙁 Room floor dirty upon arrival and bathrooms need more care in the early evening.

One annoying guy was yelling on the phone all. night long and then started watching tiktok without headphones, when we talked to him, he ignored us and said he practically lives in the hostel. This could be solved by limiting the number of nights guests can stay to avoid these kind of people.

Great staff, super helpful when we needed them! Shared bathrooms were all clean and so was the room. The way the 4 people dorms are built guarantee privacy and comfort! Best comforter I’ve ever slept with hahaha
