Four Seasons Hotel George V, Paris

It was very strange for us, but in restaurants with excellent service it was not tasty...

Where to start: the staff - rude, arrogant, ignorance, they just don't care you there, especially at reception, concierge service is worthless - forgot all the requests or could not make it. Cherry on top - they forgot about my birthday, even though I reminded twice at booking and at check in, so just ignored it, completely. But left me rotten fruits at check in, well thanks for that. The hotel is the entrance courtyard on the one hand with numerous random people coming there to take a picture or sit on at the lobby but from the other it restricting the freedom of movement of hotel guests due to the numerous guards of other guests blocking an entire wing on the floor and frightening passing guests! This is unacceptable from the other! The comfort and safety one guest shouldn't be limited by another! All guests are equal and if you have no idea what hospitality is then you don't deserve even 1 star.

Absolutely everything. Our room was elegant, well appointed and very comfortable. I cannot say enough about the staff and their over-the-top service. Garry and Antoine at the front desk, Alice at the Concierge desk, Ana and so many more in Le Galerie, as well as everyone we encountered in our several meals delivered by room service, made us feel as we were the hotel’s only guest. I chose George V for our five days in Paris because my wife of 49 years has always wanted to stay there. Finally, on our sixth visit to the City of Light, we got to experience the excellence that is George V. While the cost is high, the value is outstanding; the property was so wonderful that we didn’t want to leave.

Only one thing: the closet is tiny, such that we were unable to hang most of our clothes.

Everything was perfect! From check in till check out, the staff were an absolute delight and all very courteous. So glad we chose this property for our first stay in Paris. They truly made it a memorable stay and also planned a pre bday surprise for my son on our arrival.

Swimming pool

I had a massage, and instead of rest, I still suffer from the pain he caused me. This is the only thing that I did not like. In addition, there is no option to add breakfast to the room price.

The property is still beautifully designed and clean, however it’s gettina bit used and old and in need for some maintenance in rooms. There some cracks in the bathrooms and on the corners.

It’s crazy hotel it’s super wow , Especially restaurant employees, I have never seen anything like them in my life, something crezy amazing

This place is like no other ! From its history to present day it’s amazing all the way. Every room is a work of art . The flowers decoration throughout the entrance and all other rooms like bars , restaurants, hallways it’s truly beautiful and mesmerising. Room very clean and so elegant. Best bed I ever slept in . Staff very attentive and friendly. Loved every bit of my stay there
