I had an amazing experience at Hotel Jadali & Spa! From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, always ready to assist with any request. The hotel itself is beautifully designed, with modern amenities and a peaceful atmosphere that made me feel relaxed the entire time. The highlight of my stay was the spa – I had a Hammam treatment, and it was absolutely fantastic. The therapists were professional and made sure I felt completely comfortable. The food was delicious, with fresh ingredients that showcased Moroccan flavors perfectly. Only breakfast was repetitive. The location is also ideal, with easy access to local attractions in the Hivernage district. The rooftop pool was a lovely spot to unwind after a day of sightseeing. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Marrakesh. It’s the perfect blend of luxury, comfort, and exceptional service. I will definitely return next time I’m in the city!

We had the pleasure of spending three unforgettable nights at the Jadali Hotel & Spa in Marrakech, and everything about our stay was simply outstanding. From the moment we arrived, the level of care and attention from the staff was remarkable. Everyone was incredibly kind, helpful, and professional, making us feel welcomed and truly pampered throughout our stay. A special mention goes to Ahmed, who took exceptional care of us every morning at breakfast and during our afternoons by the pool. He even kindly provided us with sunscreen after ours was taken at the airport, a small gesture that meant a lot and perfectly exemplifies the level of thoughtful service at Jadali. The cleanliness of the hotel is impeccable, the service consistently excellent, and the food absolutely delicious. The hotel’s central location makes it easy to explore the city, yet it still feels like a peaceful and exclusive retreat. The entire property, from the elegant architecture to the relaxing spa, is beautiful and impeccably maintained. We’re already dreaming of coming back. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a refined and serene experience in Marrakech.

Very close to the city center and to restaurants within the vicinity.

I had a room that had a balcony on a back view, not a road view, which was still ok, but would it would’ve been better to have a room on the other side.

Well located, clean and modern. Lovely pool and spa area. Staff are friendly and helpful. Great restaurant with varied choices. Was a little noisy at night. I was charged for breakfast, even though it was included with booking. Could be better value for money.

In a very good location near to the city by only 15’ walk, at night easy to find the best near by restaurants & clubs m by only 2-5 min walking! A very clean hotel with amazing helpful stuff at the reception.

Upmarket area that felt safe. Hotel very clean and service impeccable. Turn down service every night. Slippers and robes! Rooftop sun beds and bar. Excellent we will be back. Location is good . You can walk to everywhere. Staff are very friendly . Especially Yougnes who works in the restaurant .

The roof top restaurant has bad smell . The Spa in the basement was very humid . No privacy in the men’s locker room . The room is next to the pool . The curtain was Wide open . If the other walks to pass by they can see inside . The employee walks in and out constantly. Very annoying !

Luxury and classy place, with very polite staff and good customer service. Not very big rooms, but comfortable and clean.

Not something particular, which has to be considered about disadvantage. Just some notes - at nights (esp. Friday/ Saturday) there is a music beat from around bar which is being heard in the rooms, but not disturbing for normal sleep. Don’t order taxi from reception - the services that they use (I don’t know whether it is on private basis arranged by employee or used by hotel service) are very overpriced.

Beautiful hotel, the exterior is modern and kept immaculate. Inside is stunning and from we arrived we’d been greeted with an exceptional level of service. Bedrooms are gorgeous, very comfortable beds with spacious terrace and modern bathroom with a 10/10 shower. The breakfast is absolutely fantastic! Service every morning was 10/10. House keeping in daily and had the place spotless. Just to add we arranged airport transfer both arriving and departing and had an exceptional service with this also. Honestly recommend the property when visiting Marrakech, made our trip so much more enjoyable. The Hivernage area is a beautiful part to stay in.

Very little to say ref the property but I will add if you are someone who enjoys an alcoholic drink the property doesn’t serve this much like a lot of places in Marrakech, but on the other hand if you do the research you won’t be too far from finding somewhere. Again minor detail definitely wouldn’t stop us from visiting again.

It was our first time in Marrakesh and I must say the trip was exceptional. Hotel Jadali exceeded my expectations. The hospitality was outstanding, the hotel room was beautiful even with balcony. Also the Spa at the hotel is a must you have to visit. The restaurant is top we adored the breakfast and dinner. It was excellent!

Brilliant location, very close to airport and nice walks to the main attractions (25 mins plus). Staff are beyond friendly, exceptional service.

We found that arranging excursions ourselves were way cheaper than any prices quoted by the hotel but obviously I could not say that those offered by the hotel vs what we organised were comparable,

I had an absolutely wonderful stay! The room was impeccably clean and beautifully designed with lovely balcony. The rooftop area was a perfect spot to unwind, offering a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The food in the restaurant was simply gorgeous—flavorful, beautifully presented. The location was also fantastic, just a short walk from many great bars and restaurants. Everything about my experience exceeded expectations, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, style, and a prime location.

Breakfast included in stay was very tasty, however it remained the same each day, which made it feel a bit repetitive after a few days.

The staff are extremely welcoming, the breakfast is incredible with friendly serving staff, the facilities such as the pool are good and the hamam and spa were great and we got a free tour. The rooms are comfortable, spacious, with snacks available, good TV etc. My mum had an unfortunate accident on the day and Jamal was very helpful in organising a doctor for her and any assistance and help needed, and his "brother" was also friendly too! 👍 🤣
