The worst hotel I never stayed in the stuff so rude also the furniture and building was so old than I expected. I recommend you to pay a little bit more and get a nice Airbnb or stay somewhere. Here is rubbish

The location

You need better staff at reception. Some of the staff were unhelpful and rude especially at reception. We had moved from another hotel not far away (for the experience) and the difference in hospitality was vast. It was so difficult getting basic things done eg getting drinking water to our rooms. These seemed like a chore for the staff and almost like we were being a bother to them. While some of the staff were rude, a few of them were nice and polite especially the concierge. However I would not be recommending this hotel to others unfortunately as I think you can get a better hotel with nicer staff for the same price.

9.30 am at breakfast no hot meat left and also no fresh bread not what you would expect from a 5 star hotel and the breakfast staff did not even apologise not good!

Ladies are at the reception. They were so rude. They were talking about us in their local language which I did not appreciate. There was a slight issue and they were not helpful. It is a 5 star hotel and I felt they could not provide a proper training to their employees how to treat their customers. Shame.

Amazing location, many restaurants for dinner with beautiful show programs and night clubs nearby, 10 minutes walk to the Souk and interesting places. Beautiful, clean pool, super service, very quiet, large green area with a tropical garden. The hotel is very beautifully decorated in oriental style. Delicious breakfast, freshly squeezed juices, eggs for every taste (fried, omelette), fresh vegetables and fruits. I highly recommend staying at this hotel!🥰

I didn't like the attitude of the pool boys. There was no place at the pool except if you knew the pool boys and paid them upfront. They obviously had their favorites.

Everything I was really looking for ward to my holiday in Marrakesh as I’ve never been before having looked at the booking com reviews I thought this must be one of the best. But disaster just struck from the start. I booked the Ksar villa for 6 nights for me and my baby who is 8 months old it was pricy £3000 but I just wanted her to have a memorable experience . Upon arrival security not friendly paid for the room straight away . Our villa has crawling ants and insects all over the floor so I couldn’t leave the baby on the floor ok the play mat . Also the screen mirroring didn’t work on the tv so she couldn’t listen and watch her favourite programs I had to buy a tv just for her. This was the final straw when they wouldn’t let me and her in the indoor pool it was too hot outside for a baby and she wouldn’t let us go swimming there . I left the hotel and they argued with us saying we had not paid basically calling me a liar I told them check the cameras we never even got an apology just stuck up attitude. We left the hotel after just 2 days I didn’t get a refund but that was how bad it was that I had to leave I would never recommend this place . Having stayed at many hotels this was the worst 5 star ever

I recently had the opportunity to stay at the Es Saadi Marrakech Resort - Hotel, and while there were some positive aspects to my experience, there were also several disappointments that affected my overall impression of the establishment. Installation: One of the main drawbacks of the hotel was the aging infrastructure. The installation, including the rooms and common areas, seemed outdated and in need of renovation. The decor appeared tired, and some areas showed signs of wear and tear. It was clear that the hotel had not kept up with modern standards, and this impacted the overall ambiance and comfort of the establishment. Value vs. Proposition: I found the pricing of the hotel to be considerably high in relation to the overall proposition. While I understand that luxury accommodations often come with a higher price tag, I was left questioning whether the value I received was commensurate with what I paid. The outdated facilities and lackluster maintenance did not justify the premium price charged, and it left me feeling somewhat dissatisfied with my investment. Staff Attitude: While the staff at the hotel were generally friendly, I encountered instances where some of them seemed indifferent or failed to meet the standards expected of a 5-star establishment. Given the premium nature of the hotel, I anticipated a higher level of professionalism and attentiveness. It was disappointing to experience inconsistencies in service quality, as this directly impacted the overall customer experience and left a somewhat sour impression. In conclusion, my stay at the Es Saadi Marrakech Resort - Hotel had its ups and downs. The aging infrastructure, overpriced value proposition, and inconsistent staff attitude were significant factors that affected my overall satisfaction. While there were positive aspects to the hotel, such as its location and certain amenities, I would hesitate to recommend it to others seeking a truly luxurious and exceptional experience.

I think this hotel is no way a 5 star hotel . It’s between a 3 star or 3.5 star maximum.

The rooms is like 30 years old . Carpet dirty . Wardrobe horrible . Front door keys and locks are horrible . Bed was very old . The hotel need total refurbishment.

Location is good. Use of fitness centre at the palace is good. Staff are breakfast are very nice. Heated pool is lovely. Breakfast was good quality.

The noise. The hotel are starting to put in new windows/ doors and it is needed. The staff around the hotel seemed a bit grumpy, like they don’t enjoy their work. They allow smoking in the lobby.

Location great!! Service, room, choice of 8 restaurants, room service, a full casino since 1920s, night club (7 days a week), hotel has one outdoor heated pool. many pools in Palace (one indoors). Check it out!!! [Note: This property has two places to stay- the Hotel and then the Palace which is ABOUT €100 more expensive but has better spa, pools, etc. But you can visit Palace for the day for $25 from the Hotel. Then you can use there facilities. POKER: Texas holdem poker good to better here! €100 or €200 buy-in and tournaments daily, Omaha games going fairly regularly. CASINO: Live table games and poker (sorry, no craps).

Staff was very pleasant and helpful at all times. Facilities too were good. However, the rooms were dated and need modernising, e.g. not enough plug points. Staff organised all our excursions which went really well too.

The only thing that I did not like and came as a surprise was that the hotel added a MAD 200 per room per night for a supplement. We had booked for 2 adults and 2 children (age 17 and 13). The hotel said the supplement was added as in Marrakech adults are aged 10 and above.

For some reason some guests were treated like royalty and when they wanted the service of the staff you can forget about your needs as it was like you are invisible. happened a couple of times during breakfast. The room service waiter was very rude to us all because we didn’t want to get conned into buying something that his friend would have to leave the hotel to get for us and we said no. For a 5 star hotel I felt there are areas in the property that could do with a freshen up. The room and en-suite looked very tired . The room cleaner was lovely and we left a large tip for her as it was deserved.

The swimming pool and outdoor area is bigger than expected and the international breakfast has a large variety of dishes.

WiFi wasn't working properly everywhere, check in was very slow, difficult to pay by card.

Facilities great, food great and set in lovely gardens.

Service was exceptional across the resort - great guidance on where to visit, booking dinner. Breakfast area was great every morning, lunch by the pool was great. The location is easy to get into town and they made a great effort to find taxi's for us that helped us get to new areas.

Great Location, value for money, service, staff and their attentiveness. It was my birthday and they surprised me with a cake and flowers in the room. In my 5 days stay they all knew my name. Breakfast had good options, mustafa is amazing and made sure everyone not only me is happy and well frd. and room service menu is good too. Everyone is helpful and everyone smiles, you can even hear the room service lady, salima, smile through the phone.

The rooms are a bit "tired", if your room is facing the street all you can hear is horse carriages and speeding cars.
