I liked everything about my stay

The food at the in-house restaurant and room service were both amazing. The free breakfast was incredible. The entire staff was helpful and kind. This was my first time in Morocco. I vastly preferred to stay here vs a traditional riad in the Medina. It was really comforting for the taxis to know exactly where to take us. The staff helped us Americans avoid some mistakes, like not knowing to reserve tickets online for popular sites of interest in advance.

The one minor challenge for fellow Americans is their beds are really firm. Hard beds are typical of Morocco, so this isn't a negative review of this specific hotel. As someone who is 50 with arthritis in her spine, I will look at picking up a camping mat or eggshell crate mattress cover before making another trip back to Morocco.

Fantastic resort with access to all the palace facilities (amazing gym and spa, pool and restaurants), perfect location (quiet and close to the Medina), delicious breakfast and the staff are extremely nice and helpful. Important to book a room with pool view rather than facing the street Overall great value for money

the rooms were outdated. The bathroom was so old. I got worried when I say the broken drawers at the checkin area. we tried to get a refund for some days so we could go to another hotel but they refused.

Furniture too old. Standard amenities in 5 star hotel not available. I had to ask for sleepers and the mini fridge was empty!!

This is my to go hotel in Marrakech: close to airport and Medina and all other neighborhoods where we usually go. The staff is excellent and the old school decor is elegant without being flashy

I am sorry to say there was nothing to like at this hotel

We were not able to check in until 4:30 pm because of various different excuses given. We had a lunch that took 1 1/2 hours to come to our table

Great location, and very helpful getting taxis. Good outside space with different areas to walk around and see.

Service was very slow, both food-related and on check in. Bed was extremely firm, and double bed was just two single beds pushed together so had a gap in the middle that was uncomfortable.

This isn’t a 5 star hotel, I would say more 3 star but with 5 star pricing. So dated and old. Why people would pay to come here over the Sofitel over the road is beyond me. Especially for the same price

Service: I would not recommend this hotel to families traveling with children. The staff seemed untrained and unable to provide helpful information regarding kids’ activities, family-friendly attractions, or general travel advice. Half Board: Before my stay, I was told that half board would grant access to all restaurants at both the Palace and the Hotel. However, upon arrival, I was informed that dinner was only available at the Hotel restaurant. One of the restaurants (Othello) explicitly stated they do not welcome children, and although they reluctantly accommodated us that evening, it was a clear departure from the information I had received. Food: The breakfast was extremely limited—identical each day—with very few options suitable for children. It certainly did not meet the standards of a 5-star breakfast buffet. Service Delays: Beyond the breakfast buffet, service was frustratingly slow. Every additional request took around 40 minutes. I once waited 45 minutes for two crepes by the pool—and still had to pay for them. Would you like help tailoring this for a review platform like TripAdvisor or Google Reviews?

The concierge especially Mohammed was always helpful which was lovely, All staff and room service was excellent highly recommend this stunning hotel

The location is perfect walkable to many cool hotels/restaurants, swings in pool bar area a plus, beautiful grounds to walk around (attached to palace). Amazing staff!

Beautiful resort hotel with amazing grounds and gardens. The spa is one of the nicest spas I've ever seen and the grounds and gardens are so pretty. You definitely feel like you're in an oasis when you walk on to the property. There are two swimming pools and both are quite large with poolside service. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable. And, breakfast is really good with a wide variety of items to choose from, including made-to-order omelets. We wish we could have stayed longer as we really enjoyed our time here.

The location of the hotel was convenient, in a walking distance from the noisy Medina and the souks. Breakfast was beyond expectation.

The 5-star hotel did not live up to its name in any aspect. It is worn out, badly in need of repairs and maintenance. The bed as well as the pillows were disappointing and unearthly uncomfortable. The staff at the reception was helpful enough, however some staff members during the breakfast were extremely rude with very poor language skills. Strange banging in corridors started quite early in the morning, not sure of it was the cleaning staff or other quests.

The worst hotel I never stayed in the stuff so rude also the furniture and building was so old than I expected. I recommend you to pay a little bit more and get a nice Airbnb or stay somewhere. Here is rubbish

You need better staff at reception. Some of the staff were unhelpful and rude especially at reception. We had moved from another hotel not far away (for the experience) and the difference in hospitality was vast. It was so difficult getting basic things done eg getting drinking water to our rooms. These seemed like a chore for the staff and almost like we were being a bother to them. While some of the staff were rude, a few of them were nice and polite especially the concierge. However I would not be recommending this hotel to others unfortunately as I think you can get a better hotel with nicer staff for the same price.

9.30 am at breakfast no hot meat left and also no fresh bread not what you would expect from a 5 star hotel and the breakfast staff did not even apologise not good!

Ladies are at the reception. They were so rude. They were talking about us in their local language which I did not appreciate. There was a slight issue and they were not helpful. It is a 5 star hotel and I felt they could not provide a proper training to their employees how to treat their customers. Shame.

Amazing location, many restaurants for dinner with beautiful show programs and night clubs nearby, 10 minutes walk to the Souk and interesting places. Beautiful, clean pool, super service, very quiet, large green area with a tropical garden. The hotel is very beautifully decorated in oriental style. Delicious breakfast, freshly squeezed juices, eggs for every taste (fried, omelette), fresh vegetables and fruits. I highly recommend staying at this hotel!🥰

The location was brilliant, as its only a 10 minute walk to the Souk, & other interesting spots. The pool (within the Hotel compound) was also reasonable, & they have a good pool-bar, even if it is a little expensive for what it is.

The room was a little 'tired', & also access to the main 'resort' pool required an additional fee, which isn't really explained anywhere until you arrive. The staff also seemed to be disinterested about any queries, questions, or general excitement, & weren't particular welcoming.

The staff were absolutely amazing, food was very tasty. The hotel has everything you need for a perfect stay.

It rained one day but the hotel can't control that...

I was with my wife and everything was so nice. The staff was very kind. the pool was quite enough. Location is super. you can go for shopping, you can you to old city by foot. We booked for halfboard and it was not bad but should be enlarge the menu for dinner.
