The staff were friendly and helpful at all times

The smell of the room. We were unfortunately assigned smokers rooms even thought none of us smoked. We didn't book a smokers rooms. Smell was horrendous in one room made us quite dizzy. Staff was extremely helpful in helping us clear the smell but just be wary of the room smell.

Location is great.

The counter staff is unfriendly.

Close proximity to places of interest. Room is well maintained. The yum cha is excellent and yummy. Staff is helpful too.

We liked the location, room size, and convenience.

They charged us extra for earlier check-in, which was fine, but the room was filled with cigarette smell on a smoke free floor. Next day, we asked for a different room, but we tried 3 different rooms to find one without smell. It was stressful. Some of the staff at front desk not very nice. Cleaning ladies were super nice. 😊

Door boys and cleaners were OK but the receptionists of first day, when we checked in were not helpful or nice at all despite we asked a question.

Lobby smells like cigarette smoke

location - very near the center! walking distance to senado square and other tourist spot as well as restaurants and shops. there is money changer beside it, very near bus stop

room lighting - i find it a bit dim. hoping they could improve it to have a bright light or at least dimmer which guest may adjust brightness.

Great Location : Located in center of City Tourist spot. 100 Steps awaw to BUS stop for Tourist attraction, Port and Airport. Ton of well-known restaurant around the Hotel (Magarate Eggtart, Dim-Sum, BBQ Rice and more) Hotel Staff : Good Service mind. Baggage Storage : avalible both Before check-in anf After Check-out. Room : a littlebit old-style room but, vere comfortable and clean. *For late night traveler, can take night bus to Hotel Lisboa and walk 5-10 Min to the hotel with safe and light walkway.*

A little bit hard to find a convenience store. But there is a supermarket in the building near by. The price is quite high dur to NEW YEAR vacation (This is acceptable and reasonable for me) The hotel contact especially by E-mail should be improve. I try to contact the hotel in advance for 1-2 month fot confirm my booking but there is no reply. SO,I Contact Booking.com staff and ask to contact the hotel.

Very very poor wifi quality. The rooms have a middle door that leads to the room next door, it was super noisy

I booked with booking.com with My Australian dollars credit card and pay the Australian dollars on the website, the website indicate AuD 1100 but result they charge with HK dollars and convert back into Australia dollars , the different I paid in result was 300 Australian dollars, it was a big different, and I was very angry about that, you have different currency in your website, when customer pay with the right currency, it shouldn’t convert into something and then back to Australian dollars charge again, I hope this Lisbon trip will not do the same to me again.

Hotel : General, but Surprise Location : Most excellent, same as city center, major attractive point just walking distance; all bus line can catch nearby. Room: spacious, All basic equipped; the beds are clean and comfortable. Staff: Attentive and polite.

The location of the property was very good!! Walking distance to Senado Square and the Ruins. There’s also many shopping and dining options around the hotel. The room is also very big and housekeeping was very generous with requests for water, chopsticks and extra towels.

Ah the aircon in our room was not working properly. It was not getting as cold as we had wanted. Perhaps because the facilities need an upgrade.
