The property is beautiful, clean and the staff is very kind and helpful

The 3rd bed in the room ( for 3 adults) was too short and not very comfortable

Beautiful Riad, room and bathroom was a good size. Location in the Medina good. Female manager is very helpful.

The room was too dark and the lighting available didn't help much. The staff is not looking at keeping the Riad in the condition it should be in. Coffee table books are falling apart, decor is being left dusty and just left as is, instead of being maintained and used. Breakfast side rooms on the bottom floor are not made available to guests. Found the Manager to be there in the morning and then dissappear, leaving a junior staff member who does not seem to know much of the Medina. I also found it extremely odd to find the male handyman/cleaner lying about in the front lounge at night. Greeting and talking to guests. On the patio, I found the cushions to be dusty, and areas of the rooftop terrace being used as a storage space. This can be one the most beautiful Riad's in Morocco but unfortunately it's clear that the Italian owners are leaving the staff to their own devises.

Our stay at Riad Algila Fes was just wonderful! It’s located within the medina, just one street off one of the main arteries of the medina, which meant it was easy to find yet lovely and quiet. The building and the rooms are simply gorgeous with beautiful tile work and kept sparkling clean. It’s complete with modern amenities (safe, ac and wifi, mini fridge, hair dryer, a rain shower) but in a way that blends perfectly with the classic and timeless ambience. The bed was very comfortable as well. The roof terrace is very nice, but for me the crowning glory was the cool and quiet inner courtyard, which was decorated beautifully and offered a tranquil escape from the clamour of the medina during the hottest hours of the day. Dinner was also delicious, and I had the best zaalouk (aubergine dish) of my stay in Morocco. Last but certainly not least, the staff are extremely kind, helpful, and cheery. They are very knowledgeable and helped us make the most of our stay in Fes and Morocco.

Everything was perfect the welcoming was good, rooms clean and big we were upgraded to a bigger one, breakfast was various every day with something new to discover. Highly recommended.
