The parking arrangement was a little confusing. I should have asked about it before booking.

Location excellent..walk to/from Union station. Room clean, comfortable, nice bar in lobby area. Only one tiny improvement would be lighting in room and bathrm. Especially in bathroom. Can't use mirror for makeup etc. Poor lighting. Over all very nice hotel.

The added Denver tax was a bummer. That added on an additional $100+ which wasn’t expected.

The property was beautiful and the room was very nice with a great view. Staff was warm and welcoming all hours of the day and night. The ladies working were attentive and have great service.

The hotel was in a great location for us because we were there for the Broncos game and it was close to the light rail train station. We also went to the Rockies game, and it was close to Coors' field. We flew into Denver and rode the train from the airport to Union station, which is right next to the hotel. The room was nice and really clean.

I think the price I paid for my room was a bit steep for this level of hotel. I paid $300 a night with all the taxes added, but maybe that's the going rate for downtown Denver during football season. The hotel restaurant was okay, but it seemed expensive, and the food mediocre and the menu choices were limited. It didn't seem to have a lot of business, and I can see why. My suggestion, since it's a 3 star hotel, is lower your prices, be more like a regular American café with normal bugers, chicken, sandwiches, steaks, and breakfast favorites. Drop the trying to be fancy food offerings. Also, if you're going to charge $300 a night, it should include free breakfast in the morning. Just my thoughts.

Amazing !

The beds and bedding were superb - some of the best I've ever slept in. The location was perfect. We only had to walk a couple blocks to catch a shuttle to Red Rocks and walk to Coors Field. There are plenty of great bars and restaurants nearby.

The rooms need a few drawers. The bathroom lighting not bright enough. The shower floor is very slippery once you use soap and the grate or drainage square is right where you stand. It's dangerous because it shifts and causes you to slip and fall in shower. I hurt my right knee due to this and may need to see a physician. This is a very POOR design for a beautiful shower. Doesn't anyone test these things out?!

Location was fantastic right in the city centre.

Some staff could have been more helpful and friendly, information about the hotel and its facilities not explained well. Parts of the room were not well cleaned, lack of attention to detail. Air conditioning unit really load when operating.

Easy access to the train, walk around, breakfast was great, all in all it was wonderful.

Very close walk to Coors Field for Rockies game. The bed was very comfortable and there were many pillows to choose from. Breakfast (included) was delicious at Ambler's Restaurant inside the hotel.

We had issue with our room first night but hotel got us rooms at another hotel close by for no charge and gave us early check-in the next day. Staff was great. Hotel was clean.

Beautiful building! The room we had was breathtaking. The bed hands down was the most comfortable bed I have slept in at a hotel. Everyone was amazing. Even when another guest was being uptight about something the hotel had no control over and it was the error of the customer!!! The staff were still amazing!

The lighting situation. Some of the rooms lights would turn on and some wouldn’t. I do have to say when we came back from dinner they were working. I think it may have been a glitch.

Curtain had a huge stain, requested cleaning or replacement, but no one responded. TV broke/ would not bring in signal, it took an hour for maintenance to come up and fix it. Bathroom was dark/dimly lit. Pocket door handle to bathroom needed cleaning.
