Amazing hotel. The staff were very helpful and made our stay exceptional

There is nothing not to like about this hotel

Very friendly Personal and helpful. We changed the room to the upper deck and it was wonderful, compare to the first Room we had.

The first Room we got was not at all as per our expectations, since it was located directly in front of another Building without window and 3 meters away from Balcony. The Balcony didn't have any view at all because the building.

Amazing location, excellent facilities and extremely qualified staff. Loved it!

The location , the vibes , the staff everything is amazing . The concierge services were also amazing big thanks to LEO he made our stay more memorable

I had my laundry done unfortunately the service did not reach my expectations. My items came back rather wrinkled and the folding was so bad that I had iron them. We ordered a charcuterie board, the arrandement of the items were not very inviting especially the meats - the colour was off

excellent hotel - lovely vibe - bar overlooking Rodeo Drive is very pleasant - great staff - very clean and generally lends itself to a great experience and of course the location is definitely the best.

Over all experience was very good , staff was humble & also suggested few routes to travel at my end destination in order to avoid traffic and also they upgraded my room as I was travelling alone for work

With the cost I paid bf was not available that was the only drawback

The concierge could have been friendlier, seemingly a little uppity to me 2 of 3 times though I was very polite in my requests.

Everything about the hotel is immaculate. The room was enormous with an incredible view, the staff were incredibly kind and thoughtful, and our stay was wonderful from start to finish. Impeccable cleanliness, delicious food. There is nothing I wouldn't recommend about the Beverly Wilshire.

Great location, extraordinary staff, very comfortable, clean, and spacious room.

Overnight parking is overpriced for hotel guests. And it should be considered in the room fees for such prestigious hotel and not paid separately. And the swimming pool was very dirty with leaves and dirt, and there were dining menus and papers and towels at the bottom of the pool.

The location was good, while the staff and cleanliness were among the best I have experienced.

It was disappointing that breakfast was only available as a la carte service from the restaurant, and that it was not included with the booking, unlike other five star hotel brands at a similar price point around the world. In addition the spa did not have a sauna, only a steam room. This was unlike other 5 star hotels.

The staff's courtesy and professionalism were remarkable. The room was spotless and quiet.

Bet old Bill man service is slow

Everything, location, beds comfortable, acs are working great, staff is amazing.

A little noisy around the building that has the hotel but only in the morning. If it bothers you, you can ask for a different room. I was settled i didnt change. Also connecting rooms can have no privacy and you can clearly hear the guests next door.

Stayed there 3 days and two nights but never allow us to sit outside at the cafe neither breakfast nor dinner. They always said that they are booked and trying to squeeze us to indoor dining. Especially the lady named as Kelly has made other Americans priority to sit outside and insist us to sit insidefor dinner. However, when I checked almost the half of the people sitting outside was only drinking coffee but not having dinner! That behaviour really goes under my skin!!

Staff were fabulous, especially Alex (part of the reception team) and Leo (concierge team) they were so helpful and kind. Food was really lovely, portion sizes huge though! great choice of restaurants with outdoor seating too either on the Boulevard or by the pool. Room was very spacious and clean with all amenities you would expect of this class of hotel. Would highly recommend

There was nothing really to dislike, everyone was so friendly, kind and helpful. My only observation would be the portion sizes of the food, don't like waste so advise to order appetisers or to share or be very hungry when you order!

Iconic place right in front of Golden Triangle Rodeo Drive. Possibly best location for your first LA visit - safe district, walkable, many restaurants and bars. The staff is pleasant and helpful, and there are great LA views.

Pretty old room with very strange shower cabin. It's small, and luckily I am not a big guy, but if you are, it's better to take a bath. I don't know why the shower cabin is constructed like this, but the hotel, with such a level of expectations, could afford more, I guess.
