The gym wasn’t clean enough. Expected from spa more than location in gym.

Concept, design.

The hotel is of a low standard, the staff can't cope, there is no space for hotel guests in the restaurant and in the gym, there are a lot of people everywhere who are not staying at the hotel.

Rooms were great, the bathroom was phenomenal. Bidets are available which is a plus.

Service wasn’t really that great, we originally requested 2 twin beds, and i wrote to the hotel several times, when we arrived they said that there weren’t any available, but they will make sure that we have that by tomorrow. We were staying for 5 nights, and after they didn’t contact us the second day we decided to unpack and accept it. In all honesty they reached out to us on the 4th day, but we were already unpacked and didn’t feel like spending 3 hours with the transition.

The hotel was a total Starck design using his Axor Starck plumbing fittings, which I use at home and are excellent. However the shower thermostatic fitting is out of adjustment and basically has bad temperature regulation. The tub fill was also somehow controlled and tool a long time to fill. Why give a tub but create a burden to use?

The people were so kind and accommodating from the minute we arrived , Mattiah was unbelievably welcoming and professional.

Some of the cardio equipment in the gym was not great. Like the Ellipticals. Also the sauna did not always heat up well.

Hotel is great in all matters. Just one point is the location, its a bit far from the city center (avenue montaigne etc).

The staff are great, very friendly and super nice. The place is very well-kept and has an amazing design, and the food and cocktails are superb. Great location and puppy friendly. Our dog had his own little bed set up for him on arrival, with treats and a water/food bowl. Truly amazing Can't fault it

The price:) But it was worth it. The only other thing I didn't like is that on Sunday they have a brunch buffet in the restaurant and there was nowhere we would sit for a coffee even, which I think should be fixed. We weren't allowed to go to the bar for a coffee or drink because it was a set buffet (which I get), but there should be an alternative place to grab a coffee or a drink even if you are eating out.

I didn’t understand pricing. A friend got the same room for €700, I paid €1,200 a night. Same dates, same arrival, same departure. How does that work? Disappointing

The style is very designed and chic. Comfortable and relaxed.

The service of the restaurant on the ground floor is so bad. The reception of the restaurant and the service staff have no any sense of service. They are very cold. I don’t know if they are separate from the hotel, because the service of the main reception of the hotel on the first is very good.

The hotel staff was really nice. The room was big and cleaned everyday twice. I liked the location of the hotel - everything was close by walking 10 to 20 minutes.

The service in the hotel restaurant was slow - it should have been faster. The light switches in the room were little confusing. I had some trouble with the key-card for the room.

The stuff unprofessional, rude, dirty and it’s not a 5 stars service hotel at all ! I will never go back or encourage anyone to stay there, not worth a penny.

Sometimes you just find somewhere special and that takes away all of your worries, ticking all the boxes. The Brach Paris is simply wonderful on all levels.

I had to be lead with my robe through a busy gym to the massage room on another floor then after I was lead in a busy lift and then busy gym. Awful feeling after a peaceful massage. It was very uncomfortable.

The massage rooms lay out and after how I was directed into a busy gym straight after a relaxing massage. So many people in my face in the lift and gym while I was in a robe. I was uncomfortable.
